Pronger should be suspended indefinitely!!!

after his head hit on holmstrom, which couldve been misconstrued as a shoulder hit that rode up, BUT IT WASNT the league saw that and suspended him!! so last series he has already been suspended for a head hit, last night, a senator made a great move, was flying by pronger, and pronger WHIPS out his left elbow right into the guys head, and knocks him COLD unconcious, now I think that is unacceptable, the second time he throws an elbow to a head? the second time a guy has to be helped off the ice because of an elbow? thats ridiculous, i heard the announcers afterwards and they didnt see a supsension coming, i am sickened by his play, i travel to his home town all the time for work, and will most likely get in a good argument this coming week about him....but any hockey fans care to disagree? I SAY GONE FOR THE FINALS!!! (4 games)


Hold on, Pronger may have elbowed him, but the rest of the finals, this would make the NHL look even bad as it already is, the NHL will be accused of fixing the series by American fans, who already think the NHL is messed up anyway. If Pronger did a Todd Bertuzzi and went after him 4 games would be justified. I think it will be a 1 game suspension and the series will go to a seventh game


nanana you cant give a guy the same punishment.....because just like kids, they wont learn, he did again within 5 games? that means the punishment should be harder, this elbow, was more blatant.....and more personnel, it was a pure cheapshot when someone was getting past him.....i hear what your saying, but for the sheer fact he already was suspended for something similar......that says the punishment should be harder, and its only 4 games...im not saying next season, but he INTENTIONALLY elbowed a guy in the head, a week after he was suspended for ELBOWING A GUY IN THE HEAD>......he injured both of them....you cant let this go on!


Yes i know this is a repeat offence, but missing 1 game in the Cup Finals is big enough, it's not like the regular season where games are meaningless, the is the STANLEY CUP FINALS, where in Canada every game matters, and it will kill Pronger to sit a game where his Ducks can pull ahead and take a 3-1 lead, also there has been so many cheap shots to people this playoffs and no one has neen suspended for an entire series let alone the finals, it is not Claude Lemiuex hitting someone from behind.


1 game didnt do anything in the conference finals, if you do the same, then someone else will do it in game 7 to win...lets say its game 7 and 3-3 with 5 min left, if they only punish one game, then some1 is liable to go headhunting to ensure a win!


If it is 1-1 he would want to be on the ice in overtime, and when there is 5 min left a team is playing thier best line not a bunch of goons anyway, and the hit in the Conference Finals wasn't that bad, all these hits look bad because Pronger is a big guy and it hurts to get hit by him, they don't suspend people for elbowing, that is why it is a minor penalty in the first place. 1 game in the Finals is more harsh than a game in the semis, the NHL should take that in consideration.
