One has already been decided. Thus far in '08, New York has a 1-0 series lead. However, the Celts are far better than the Knicks, and the Sox may be better.
I'm saying New York.
I believe that the Celts will win the NBA, but either the Mets or the Yankees will win the Series, (I'm leaning towards the Metropolitans.)

State your case.

I think Boston is my friend because you forgot about something the Red Sox won it last year and thel do it again im a mets fan but i dont see them winning the world series. The Celtics are a given the spurs letdown suns letdown the celtics will win the Nba championchip. O last time i checked Boston College won the bowl against Michagan State

Boston College did not win a title earlier, they won a bowl. I wouldn't go as far as saying the Celts are a given, but I'll give you them. However, I don' believe the Sox will win the Champion"chip". They are good, but the Mets and Yankees may have shots that are close to equal to the Sox. Also, the Rangers may have an outside shot with a postseason surge.

The red sox have better pitchers and players either then A-Rod but the sox have more depht. They have a better bulpin and have one of the best closers in the league Rivera is good but losing his touch and Paplebon is just getting better.

That last one was confusing. Listen, New York already has the advantage 1-0. The Mets and The Yanks are two teams, Boston is one. This alone gives them a better shot at a title. The Celts are good, but I'm beggining to sway from my earlier stand and thinking that they won't neccessarily take this. New York is the pick.

The super bowl was a fluke but yea it counts but id have to go with the defeding champs the sox.

Man, too slow. I was going to take this and argue LA. Think about it. Angels, Lakers and UCLA all have a good shot at taking home a title this year.

I think you'd have to choose either Boston or New York, BSchwartz.

I say it is a tie 0-0 here is why
1. The Giants play in New Jersey
2. The Yankees not Mets will win the World Series
3. Repeating will be difficult if not impossible for the Sox, they already have a major injury and the season hasn't even started
4. The Celts are good but should they advance to the finals, will be beaten by whatever team comes out of the west.
