players cant be hurt for more than a week from now
4 forward lines doesn't matter if you have all the same positions like centres.
3 defensive pairs doesn't matter if left or right defence

Roy and Vanek Roy is a better player now but Vanke will be better for the future but right now Roy is better heres why Roy is a better leader team player and he passes and not only is he that but has better numbers.

Roy= 55 games 21 goals, 27 assist, 48 points, + 7

Vanek= 59 games 22 goals, 19 assist 41 points, - 2

Plekanec is better then koivu speed wise and skill yes koivus the captain and i respect that but look at these numbers.

Plekanec= 61 games, 21 goals, 33 assist, 54 points +7

Koivu= 60 games, 11 goals, 32 assist, 43 points -6

that is the end of my arguement.


well.. since u wanna go and by stats, i have a little of my own.

you decided to put Blake in your 4th line and i picked Marc Fisher..

Fisher: 58 GP, 19 Goals - 23 Assists = 42 points (0.72 PPG)
Blake: 61 GP, 11 Goals - 25 Assists = 36 points (0.59 PPG)

for starting on line one..

Spezza: 54 GP, 24 Goals - 49 Assists = 73 Points (1.35 PPG)
Savard: 58 GP, 14 Goals - 52 Assists = 66 Points (1.14 PPG)


and on that kouvi thing.. id reather have a proven, captain with great leadership qualities then a young guy in Plekanec who rakes up the points playing on there top regualr strenght and power play line. Vanek is also a better all around hockey player then Roy, and is just having a bad year. And even as he's having his bad year, he's keeping up with Roy, whos having a career year.


marc fisher more like mike fisher and lets take a look at thomas and millers stats.

Thomas= 41 games, 20 wins, 14 losses 4ot losses, 2.41 gaa, 926 savepercentage, 1 shutout

Miller= 55 games 27 wins, 19 losees, 6 ot losses 2.43 gaa, 914 savepercentage, 3 shutouts

that concludes my arguement.
