Wouldn't it be better to have a team that you are more sure will never win a championship than the better team of players? You have 2 players with their whole careers ahead of them.

PF- Jermaine O'neal 30 years old. On a team going no where and fast and is leaving his prime. Melo is 23. Still has PLENTY of time.

C- Dikembe Mutombo- 41 years old. Yao is 27. Do the math. Yao has 14 years of catching up to do. MUCH better chances to win a title.

I guess this is how you look at it. YOu probably have the better team even though Mutombo has the second most blocks ever and is one of the greatest defenders of all time, but your team is MUCH more likely to reach the promise land.

plus Yao cant win it all with Mcgrady so when they trade T-Mac most likely they will get a bunch of young guys and not "a superstar' so once the west gets worse and the Rockets future new guys start playing together 4 awhile he Rockets would have a chance but by then Yao will be old and retire

Wow, you seriously think Yao Ming is better than Mutumbo? That proves that you know absolutley nothing about the game of basketball besides big names flying around right now. Mutumbo is one of the greatest defenders of all time and ranks 2nd on the all time blocks list a major catagorie.

Listen, WHY are you comparing players and then again WHY are you using this years stats? The point is, my players will NOT win an NBA championship and yours will.

You want to know whats funny? If I would bring career stats into this, Mutumbo would beat Yao 5-0, but it DOESNT matter. Yao will win a championship. Mutumbo won't. YOU said it yourself. And if you don't consider him a superstar, thats a personal problem. That just means you know nothing about basketball. I'd be suprised if you knew who Hakeem Olajawon was.

But hey, since you bring up cheap and stupid points of this year to benefit you, hows this for a stat? Who is the starting center in Houston. Mutumbo, not Yao. Who cares about injuries?

Seriously, stop it with this years stats. You NEVER mentioned that.
