PG- Chris Paul- I took another young, rising star, but CP3 is having a much better year than Deron Williams. Chris Paul has led him team to within a half game back from the leaders of the West and they are in 2nd place. Chris Paul averages 20.9 points per game which is just staggering for a PG. He also has 4RPG and 10.9 APG and 2.7 SPG. He is leading the league in SPG. Williams has less PPG, APG, RPG, and SPG.

Plus, CP3 is in the thick of the MVP race. No one talks about Williams as an MVP.

SG- Kobe Bryant- obviously. Having a monster year. A lot of people have him as the favorite for MVP. Yes, Allen is good, but Kobe is one of the best players if not THE best player in the NBA. He led the Lakers to a tie in 2nd place in the West with the Hornets. Kobe has 27.8 PPG 6 RPG and 5.4 APG. The numbers speak for themselves. Ray Allen only has 18.8 PPG, 4 RPG, and 3.1 APG.

SF- LeBron James

PF- KG

C- Dwight Howard- Howard is having a monster year and should finish in the top 3 MVP voting. He has played and started in all 60 of his team's games. He has 21.6 PPG, an amazing 14.4 RPG and an insane 2.4 BPG. Yao is hurt.

I just went with the choices that made the most sense and then presented logical arguments to back up my choices.

Sometimes the popular choices are the best choices. Plus, I don't think I took the popular choices.

Most people still put Steve Nash over CP3.

Its good that you went out on a limb and I can respect that, but now you have your picks out and you have to state WHY you chose them and back it up with factual arguments or else all you are doing is putting out a list that not many people think is correct and not putting out a good opinion as to why those are the correct choices.

Just trying to help you out Kidd, try putting a position battle argument in your next argument and use some sentences. Not many people will vote for a guy who has one line arguments. You still have one argument remaining. Your choices were not too bad and I could see where you were going with some of them. The Deron Williams pick was acctually pretty good and he is very underrated, but now you have to say why he is better than CP3. I have already done my part, now use your last argument to acctually argue the topic.
