Unless your an amazing team you dont win two in a row.I mean the only teams to do so were the broncos,cowboys,patriots,and the 49ers.The giants may have a good team but there not as good as the Packers
Brett Farve is way better than Eli Manning.Farve threw for over 4000 yards,a qb rating of 96,and28 ts compaired to Elis 3300 yards,23 tds,and a qb rating of 74.Now he may have won the superbowl last year,and beat the Packers.But the Packers have a bad taste in there mouth and want to bring Farve another championship before he retires.
The Packers have very underrated wide recivers.Driver had 82 catches for over 1080 yards and Jennings had 53 catches for 920 yards and 12 tds and there numbers are way better then Burress and Toomers numbers.
Green Bays defense is amazing.They gave up only 18 points every game compaired to the giants 22 points.They also have one of the best cornerback duos in the league with Al Harris and Charles Woodson. They also have one of the best linebacking cores in the league with AJ Hawk and Nick Barnett who combined for over 230 tackles and 5 sacks.
Overall the Packers have a better team and are destined forSBXLIII

The Packers? we beat them this year, we can do it again.
'Our' defense, as seen in this past super bowl, is not a force to be reckoned with. 'We' shut down, we decimate. Remember Strahan and co. sacking Tom Brady, the supposed best quarterback in history, a total of FIVE times in the Super Bowl? And the compilation of points allowed is really no longer valid, for as the year progressed, 'our' defense grew stronger, and into one of the best in the league. 'We' are becoming a defensive team. Don't forget R.W. McQuarters- he is great on punt returns, averaging well over 20 yards per return. That is a major contributor to 'our' team.
Our victory in the Super Bowl has bolstered our confidence, and 'we' can do anything if 'we' try.

The giants wont be back to back NFL champs.As I said before only great teams win there confence two straight years and the Giants just arent a great team.Look at the Tampa Bay Bucs,they won the super bowl and were built like the giants.They had an average qb,good running back,and a great defense with sapp and brooks leading the way.But ever since they won the superbowl,they havent been the same since.
You forgot to mention that the Giants already lost Gibril Wilson and Reggie Torbor.Wilson was a key to the giants secondary.He had 92 tackles and four picks,plus now the giants have to start Michael Johnson who is an unproven player that offenses will take adventage of. Even though Tarbor didnt have a great season he still was one of there starting linebackers and will be missed.
I think your overrating McQuarters.I mean almost every punt/kick returner averages over 20 yards per return,and the Packers returner averages 23 yards and even had one td so theres no real adventage for either team there.
Overall both teams are good,but theres no way the Giants will be the champ for two straight years

How can you say the Giants aren't a great team? nobody else defeated the Pats! And with your example of the Bucs, that doesn't happen with every team, you know. We can still function without Torbor and Wilson, although they will be sorely missed. Michael Johnson has of course never seen a full season, but that doesn't mean that he won't be great or perhaps even better. And as for on McQuarters, I said well over twenty, not twenty. John Madden and many of the sports commissioners and such have admitted that he is one of the best of his type. And how did this get into super bowl champs? you said nfc champs in the topic, lol
