Talks of Mike Tyson vs Holyfield 3. I'm not lying. OUtcome?

Holyfield in 6 rounds. Tyson will meet the canvas once again. Being a huge tyson fan i would love to see him with the gloves on again but i know he has tarnished his image with McBride and Danny Williams. Holyfield has some gas left in the tank and tyson is barking up the wrong tree. Tyson does not have a chance.

I'm sure Tyson just wants to even it out, bite the other ear...

Your right in saying Tyson doesn't have a chance.

But I don't think he has a chance of staying in the ring for 6 rounds.

Tyson will not make it out the 2nd round, so I'm saying he'll get TKO'd in either the 1st or 2nd round.

Really, it'll be a nice laugh. Tyson won't have a chance. Holyfield is actually still got some power still. Tyson has prolly been sitting on his ass for a year and a half.

Yeah, Holyfield won't take the fight if the money is not right. There has been talks. Tyson would atleast make it to the 3rd. He was a pretty decent boxer in the day. Depending on Tyson's training is really going to determine what round he quits or gets knocked out in. I give tyson a little cred but not that much. I'm sure he can still pack a vicious punch but his endurance is probably still AWFUL. Holyfield and Tyson need to quit and that's the bottom line. Holyfield is going to end up like Ali when all is said and done.

His day was the early 1990's tho. That's the problem. It's been almost 2 decades since Tyson was one of the best in the ring. Now he's just America's most hated washed up ex-con who just happens to be bankrupt.

Tyson hasn't won a fight since 2003 against Clifford Etienne (currently serving a 150 year prison sentence). I don't see him standing in the ring much longer than 2 rounds.

We don't even know what kind of shape the guy's in right now. But if I had to take a guess, I'd say really really bad shape.

I doubt the fight will even happen. I feel bad for the guy

Tyson still packs a mean punch. i was one who actually bought tyson's exhibition fight with his sparring partner. Tyson still has a punch. I DON'T THINK THAT WILL EVER LEAVE THE MAN. The fight could happen if holyfield gets his money. I would say a 30% chance of this happening. Tyson if he comes back will train. He just won't show up. I think he will last longer than 2 rds. That's a little absurd. We both agree Tyson sucks now but his punch is still there. The stamina and endurance part is his downfall. Holyfield will win in 5 or 6. I need Buckybadger to see this one. I don't trust anybody else's boxing knowledge. I think Tyson losing in the 1st or 2nd round is just pure hate for the guy. They are both in their 40's and Tyson is out of shape but Tyson still has a punch i will bet my house on that. later folks vote underdog peachtree ballers

Well lets see:

Holyfield vs Tyson I= Holyfield won in 11 rounds
Holyfield vs Tyson II= match called after 6 rounds, Holyfield wins that as well

Now if that trend continues at the same pace, Holyfield vs Tyson III would end in the 1st round with Holyfield winning.

Tyson would begin training again if the fight actually did happen, but once again, the guy hasn't won since 2003, and he hasn't even fought since 2005.

Holyfield is still fighting (and winning) and doing well. He's not TKOing guys as much as he used to, but he's still winning fights against younger guys.

If he beat Tyson when Tyson was in his prime and he was considered to be washed up, why wouldn't he be able to beat Tyson when Tyson is considered to be washed up and he's still winning fights?

We agree that Holyfield will win, but I think that this is really no contest at all. A guy who last fought in October, last won in June and last TKO'd someone in March against a guy who last fought in 05 and last won in 03 and who's name is Mike Tyson?

Tyson goes down in two. Wouldn't be surprised if the fight gets called for Tyson latching onto Holyfield's nipple or lip.

I heard this on foxsports.com and boxingscene.com. I would say they are legit. Anyways, Tyson i guess needs some more money after investing his money in exotic tigers and stuff. hahahahahahah I'm serious though.

Wow, Tyson vs Holyfield. Not gonna break the De la Hoya vs Mayweather record though.

that's the truth. Holyfield vs tyson would get some buys i would have to admit no matter their age or talent.

Tyson getting knocked out in 1st round...? Nah bro.

holyfield would tear him up

I have seen this as well on almost all my fight sites. I hope it doesn't happen. Holyfield would probably win and it wouldn't be much of fight since Tyson has been spending his days snorting coke. Island is correct that this fought might get some buys. I guess Tyson needs the money and Holyfield wouldn't mind ending his career with a win. My problem is people would judge the sport on this pathetic match up. Boxing is having such a great year, outside that snoozer of a heavyweight fight last week, with so many great fights already eating my social life and I wouldn't even turn this one.

I don't know if anybody knows but we just had an amazing weekend of boxing. Robert Guerrero defended his featherweight title against Jason "The American Boy" Litzau in spectacular fashion scoring his 10th KO in a row. Than the trilogy was completed last night between Vazquez vs Marquez. That fight was just unbelievable. Fight of the year so far. It will be hard to beat. Both fighters scored knockdowns and came to a split decision. This fight had so much action that I am surprised either fighter could stand after that. Telling ya people the sport is alive and well.

Next week Juan Diaz defends his lightweight crown against Nate Campbell. Juan always fights the best challenger and throws over 100 punches around. Also we have a David Haye vs Enzo Maccarinelli to unify 3 of the 4 belts.

Haye van Maccarinelli are cruiserweights if you didn't know. And Juan is fighting on the under card of Peter vs Maskaev heavyweight fight to settle that belt. I think its a walk out fight but some are excited for it. Trust me the Juan Diaz fight will be better.

I like Peter

It might be a good fight if Maskaev comes out of the locker room. He is afraid of not getting a fair shake in the fight. It does seem the WBC is against him. If they do fight it does have a chance of being decent. I just have to faith in the heavyweights right now. Wlad is a formidable fighter but is so scared to take a shot he makes fights boring.
