I will probably be going a series of these. Im going to provide a scenario that hypothetically your the coach of a college D-1 team.

Just pick your player in the first argument.

Ok, here's the scenario:

Your down 1 with 10 seconds left. Your assistent coaches decide you want to pound it in the post rather than shoot a jumper. What one guy do you want to post up for the win? One big guy to make a move in the post to score over another big guy for the win? My pick: Tyler Hansbrough

Sorry about the 1st time, accedently pressed forfit...

I like Michael Beasley from Kansas State, Tyler Smith from Tennesee, or Roy Hibbert from Georgetown. The reason I wouldn't want to have Hansbrough down there is because he is what you would call a perfect replica of Brad Miller. A versititle big man who likes to get OUT of the post. Hibbert barley leaves the post and Tyler Smith is just a tank. Beasley is Beasley, ol reliable.

Smith may only be 6'7, but has the versitility of a cat. He is a total monster. I was watching the Gonzaga Tennesee game a couple months ago. Smith posted right up against 6'11 Austin Daye and made the shot. He looked like a true center. He can go around you, through you, or he could just post up on you. Anything you assign him to do, he'll do it.

Beasley. Just the full package. Can shoot, pass, ballhandle. The guy is the next Kobe. But the guy can post up like a pro. He knows exactly when and the perfect spot to shoot. He'll take on anyone no matter the size. The guy is fearless. Total tank. He's also strong as hell. One problem with Hansbrough, he's weak down in the paint. Beasley is a monster.

Ran out of space for Hibbert=)

So who are you picking? I seem to remember saying 2 things that you failed to do:

1. "What one guy do you want to post up for the win?"

Key word, one guy. Not 3 to overwhelm my guy. You need to pick one guy. Then we can argue. Jeez.

2. "Just pick your player in the first argument."

I didnt say pick your player(s) and then give me their player profile and who they're going to be like in the NBA.

Anyway, Hansbrough can take a beating like no other. He gets beat up and even though your probably not a UNC fan like myself, i bet you remember the duke game last year with henderson nailing him in the nose.

He still played the rest of the season even though he looked like Rip Hamilton. He isnt or wasnt worried about taking a beating in the post. He also never takes a play off. He always gives 110% especially in crunch time.

You might have to worry about Beasley's character and wanting to play for himself. You might have to worry about the inexperience of both him and Smith. But not with Hansbrough.

I have never seem him take a play off since he came to chapel hill as a freshman. Thats why i would take hansbrough over anyone in the post.

Ok now is the time where i really forfit.
