Make a NBA team using only Two letters that start with thier first name.

My letters are K and C

Pg: Chris Paul
Sg: Kobe Bryant
Sf: Carmello
Pf: Kg
C: Chris Kaman

good luck

I'll go with L and D

PG Deron Williams
SG Dwyane Wade
SF LeBron James
PF Dirk Nowitzki
C Dwight Howard

Great Team but i think that 3 of my players are better then yours.

Its obvious that lebron james is better then Carmello. And I do think that Dwight Howard is better then Chris Kaman. But then I no that as of right now Kobe is better then Wade. So i only will argue about two people.

So its Chris Paul vs Deron Williams and its KG vs Dirk.

Chris Paul vs Deron Williams:

Deron Williams:
PPG APG SPG
16.2 9.3 1

Chris Paul:
PPG APG SPG
17.3 8.9 1.8
Chris Paul won in every thing but assist by lessa then .5. So statisically wise Chris Paul is better but stats can lie. In this case I don't think it does. But Chris Paul is his teams leader and plays better defense then Deron. Chris Paul is also in the running for MVP.

Now KG vs. Dirk:

Dirk:
PPG RPG BPG
24.6 8.9 0.8

KG:
PPG RPG BPG
22.4 12.8 1.7

KG won in every thing except points by a little more then two. But KG doesn't have to score as much as dirk. Kg got about 3 more rebounds per game then dirk does. and he also has about 1 more block pergame. KG is also better at defense.
Thats all i got for now so good luck.

Williams is averaging 19.2 PPG and 10.2 APG. So judging by those stats, I would say that Williams is the better player. However, look what happened when they played each other:

Williams- 29 points, 11 assists
Paul- 6 points, 6 assists

Williams led his team to the Western Conference Finals last year! Where were the Hornets? Sitting at home, they didn't even make the playoffs. Williams has shown that he can take a team deep into the playoffs, something that Paul has not done.

Nowitzki- 23.7 PPG, 8.7 RPG and 3.8 APG
Garnett - 18.7 PPG, 9.7 PPG and 3.6 PPG

Dirk averages five more points and more than one assist more than Garnett. Nowitzki also can step outside and shoot the three, Garnett can't do that. They are both great players, though.

Dwyane Wade is a much better passer than Kobe, and he still manages to score 24+ a game. So while Kobe does have a slight advantage, it is closer than you might think. As you said, LeBron is better than Carmelo and Howard is better than Kaman. Here is how I see it:

PG Around even
SG Kobe, but Wade is solid
SF LeBron
PF Around even
C Huge advantage Howard

The four positions offset because the guys are all so good. But Howard is far better.

One thing I don't get is how come when you were compareing Kgs stats and Dirks stats how come you only did ppg?

And Pf don't need to get assists they need blocks more. Kg has 1.3 blocks pergame. And Dirk has 0.9 blocks per game. So Kg wins in two of the three stats. Not counting assits. But do you think that Kg has to get that many points??? Well he doesn't when he has Ray Allen and Paul Peirce.

Who cares about the stats when Chris Paul and Deron Williams had against each other. Chris Paul had a of day that day. And why are you talking about last years playoff run the Jazz had they had Derek fisher andre kirlinko (sorry if I spelt that wrong.), and Carlos Boozer. The Hornets didn't have anyone relly. Tyson Chandler didn't do that good last year David west didn't either and Chris paul had an ok year. And plus why didn't you list Chris pauls stats???? here they are on nba.com PPG 20.9 o look more ppg then Deron APG 10.9 o look that is better then Derons stats too.

So there for it looks like my players are better. Good Luck with your last arguement.

Garnett is a great player don't get me wrong. But with this kind of team, there is plenty of scoring. Because every guy can score, I feel that assists are important, which is why I brought up assists. Nowitzki is a very versatile player; he can pass, he can step outside and hit the three. Nowitzki can do some things that Garnett can't do.

Who cares about that? My point is that when they were head to head, Williams killed Paul. What better way to see if someone is better than someone else than when they play each other, right?

Why did I list the playoff run? Because it shows that Williams did something that Paul has never done, he led his team deep into the playoffs. The Jazz were in the Western Conference Finals last year. The Hornets have never made the playoffs while Paul has been on their team.

Again, I will say my opinion on these teams:

PG- Both players are great, it is pretty close
SG- Kobe is better, but Wade is a very good player
SF- LeBron; you said it yourself
PF- Both guys are great, can't go wrong with either
C- Howard is far superior to Kaman

The PG, SG, SF and PF are basically the same, we each have some of the advantages. But at C, Howard is much, much better.

Good Luck
