Ok, we have 2 Differences:
Jefferson vs. Bosh
PPG- Bosh 22.5 Jefferson 21.5- Bosh wins
RPG- Bosh 9 Jefferson 12- Jefferson wins
APG- Bosh 2 Jefferson 1.5- Bosh wins
BPG- Bosh 1 Jefferson 1.5- Jefferson wins
SPG- Bosh 0.5 Jefferson 1- Jefferson wins
FG%- tie at 50%
FT%- Bosh 85% Jefferson 73%- Bosh wins
OVERALL- Tie
Still I would rather have Jefferson. He has much more potential as he is at his first big season while Bosh has always been good and stayed at the same skill level. Also, Jefferson provides me with more D than Bosh does and that will also help me in the long run.
Kobe vs. Wade
PPG- Wade 26 Bryant 28- Kobe wins
RPG- Wade 4 Bryant 6- Kobe wins
APG- Wade 7 Bryant 5- Wade wins
BPG- Tie at .5 each
SPG- Wade 1.5 Bryant 2- Kobe wins
FG%- tie at 47%
FT%- Wade 76% Bryant 85%- Kobe wins
3-PT%- Wade 29% Bryant 35%- Kobe wins
3-PT Made- Wade 22 Bryant 108- Kobe wins
OVERALL- Kobe wins.
Yah, Kobe will be pretty old in about 10 years but still... he is Kobe Bryant, he will still get like 18 PPG, 5 RPG, 5 APG when he is 38. Until then he will be great for me. He will give lots of experience to younger players and he can be moved to 6th man if neccessary.

In 10 years Kobe wont be anthing. He will probly retire before he reaches 38. D-wade is still very young and has a long future ahead of him. Plus Wade is playing on a horrible team so he cant put up as good stats as Kobe can. You said in the TD topic that a team that would be great in 10 years. Kobe will not be great in 10 years you even said he can be moved to a 6th man. A 6th man is not great. It's not even very good. Secondly You said that you would rather have Jefferson than Bosh because this is his first big season. This season might just be a fluke where as Bosh has consistantly proved he is a qaulity player. Also PPG and APG are more important stats than BPG and SPG. Bosh also only loses in close ones like Bosh 1 Jefferson 1.5- Jefferson wins and Bosh 0.5 Jefferson 1- Jefferson wins.

Notice that the title doesn't say in 10 years, it says in like 10 years. That could be anywhere from 8-12 years. Jason Kidd and Shaq are like 36 now and they are both still great players (especially Kidd). In 8 years Kobe will also be 36 years old. Anyway, Kobe (like Kidd and Shaq) is also one of the NBA's all-time greats so he will probably be able to play that long to! The point is, Wade is already suffering at this point in his career with injuries and things like that. And you think Kobe has a better PG than Wade? I would say Fisher and Williams are pretty equal. Williams also gets more assists than Fisher anyway.
As for Jefferson he was bas before this because he had a horibble team and wasn't even close to the go to guy. Now with the T-Wolves he is showing that he can play with the best! Anyway, when he was with the Celtics he had HUGE expectations still. Why else would the T-Wolves have traded Garnett for him? The point is, Bosh hasn't shown that he can get any better in the last few years while Jefferson is just starting up and has way more potential to get better!
Jamie0 said 03/14, 10:37 PM
Ok there is Kidd and Shaq. Can you name any other great players that are that old? The T-Wolves traded Garnett for Jefferson because that was the best deal they could get. No one was willing to trade any big name players for him just like with the J-Kidd trade. Still no one really know what Jefferson will be like. This year could just be a flukish year for him and he could never play at this level after this season again.

Also, it is for like 10 years so it could really be like 8-12 years, and Bryant would only be 26 is 8 years, that is like J-Kidd who is still a great player...

Yeah can't see Kobe being all that great in ten years. I would be surprised if D-wade is still going to be good in ten years if he keeps getting injured.
