The Falcons.
They will be just as bad as they were last season. Maybe not if they get some good players from the draft. They lost Deangelo Hall and are still without Michael Vick.
Disagree?

i think i will go with the panthers
they have Delhome who cant stay healthy
either can Steve Smith
they have a horrible offensive line and a young unproven Running back in Deangello Williams
there deffensive is old, sluggish and injurey prone

The Panthers weren't that bad last season.
7-9 isn't bad. The off-season isn't over yet. The draft is coming soon and if they are smart, they will get a quarterback.
The Falcons have no one. Atleast the Panthers actually have some good players on their teams.

What good players?
outside of Smith who cant stay healthy they have no one thats good
the Falcons have Micheal Turner, Jerious Norwood, a good recving core, a good D-Line, and a young secondary
my main diffrence is
The Falcons have the 3rd pick the panthers have 13th thats a big diffrence in a draft the Falcons are esxpected to take Matt Ryan who will turn out to be a great QB

Buccaneer said this about the Panthers, but the same could be said about the Falcons. There is still a long time left in the offseason, so Atlanta could still make some great moves and improve its team.
"The Falcons have no one"
Another quote by Buccaneer. I don't think that Roddy White, Michael Turner, Jerious Norwood, Keith Brooking, Michael Boley, John Abraham, and Lawyer Milloy are "no one". They're good-to-great players that can make an impact on the game on any given play.
Sorry, Buc, but I like my Falcons.

Report Offensive Commentbasing the following season of the prior seasons record is foolish...bears were 13-3 in 2006 and they finished 7-9 this past year...

Report Offensive CommentRIP, since they re-signed Chris Redman and Joey Harrington, the Falcons aren't expected to take Matt Ryan anymore. Rumor is that they're looking at Glenn Dorsey and Jake Long as possible first round picks.

Report Offensive CommentThat division is the worst division for flip flopping from year to year. The team that was last one year becomes the best team the next year. didn't the Bucs finish last in 2006.

Report Offensive CommentYep. That's happened every season since the league restructured its divisions in 2002. I'm pretty sure that trend will be broken this season.

Report Offensive CommentI dont even need to see the Falcons draft to know they have their basement ticket already punched before preseason.

The Falcons have no one capable of being a franchise QB. All the ones they have are old or busts (or a combination of both).
Rule #1 going into the draft is that if you don't have a potential franchise QB going into the draft you take one.
