1.) Georgia Bulldogs
Uga is going to start next season on fire, with Moreno one of the leagues best RBs and Stafford they should be a shoe in to #1
2.) Ohio State
The Buckeyes were good enough to make it to the national title last year and are coming back with most all of their starters also the off season will help with the development of their young team.
3.) USC Trojans
USC is also coming into the season hot. They to will have most of their starters.
4.) Oklahoma Sooners
The Sooners are coming into next season with Sam Bradford and a great defense.
5.) West Virginia Mountaineers
With Pat White and an amazing offense who knows how good they will be

I am assuming this is in order of who you think should be ranked where.
1. Georgia: Like you said, they were great last year and are near the top in RB and QB.
2. USC: I put them at #2 b/c they have a lot of people back. Their offense is going to be one of the most explosive in NCAAFB next year and their defense is always one of the best. Plus, they have a great coach in Pete Carroll.
3. Oklahoma: They have Bradford and he can easily be argued for as the best QB in the country. Their defense is solid once again, with key players returning. They also have the RB that can put the ball in the endzone.
4. West Virginia: Pat White can also be argued for as the best QB in the country. Their offense is high-powered and the Big East should look out.
5. Ohio State: I drop them down to #5 b/c I don't believe they have the speed to keep up with teams like Georgia, Oklahoma, and other SEC teams(I know Oklahoma is from the Big 12). We have seen it 2 years in a row now, losing to LSU and Florida. When they play fast high-powered offenses they struggle. Their defense is solid, but slightly overrated b/c they play in the Big 10 which plays a slower game.

like Buckeye fan 19 said OSU is returning 18 starters and the have everything to prove next season also their team has great talent, i kind of had a tie between USC an Ohio State but i think when they play each other next year we will see who deserves to be #2. Ohio state has made it to the national title two years in a row and have lost like you said but Oklahoma has a tendency to lose their bowl games to. I put WVU #5 because Slaton has moved on and will be a big loss to their offense, plus they just got a new coach and White will have to ajust to a new offense, they are already talking about him passing more wich really isn't his way of doing things.

OSU. We return 18 starters. I love that RedSoxNation says Oklahoma has more speed than us when they've lost 5 (I believe) straight bowl games to worse teams.

Grrrrr be scared....(pretending to morph into a monster)
Where's MISSOURI? Chase Daniel and Jeremy Maclin are two great Heisman canidates. Maclin SET THE RECORD for most all purpose yards by a rookie, and CHASE DANIEL, not PAT WHITE, is the TOP QB IN THE NATION!!!!!
