Vince Lombardi was Green Bay Packer's best coach

He had some of the best quotes, a very good coach, stats and more will come when this challenge begins

He was pretty much the best coach ever. He is frickin famous. He has the SB trophy named after him. Did that ever occur to you why they called it the Vince Lombardi Trophy?


Ok, why did you take this throwdown if all you are going to do is say I am right? Yes I know why they call it the Lombardi Trophy, I know why there is a statue of him in Green Bay, I know his stats.

You call me the newbie but why in the world would you get votes your not even debating me, your backing me up..If you vote for him please comment why you are doing so..

Lombardi (1959-1967/8 years)
98W, 30L, 4T and 5 championships.



-Credited with introducing the concept of zone blocking to the NFL.

-Coached the Packers and won, beating the Dallas Cowboys in "The Ice Bowl" in 1967, one of the most famous games in the history of football.


-Lombardi understood the race prejudice that characterized his times. The 1961 Packers featured eight black players, a significant ratio for the early 1960s, when NFL rosters numbered only 33 players.

We will never forget Vince Lombardi because every year when a team wins the Super Bowl they get the "Vince Lombardi Trophy".

I'm backing you up because you are arguing something that is obviuos. Everybody knows that Vince Lombardi is the best coach ever, let alone the best in Green Bay.


Why are you voting for this 12 year old? All he is doing is backing me? This is not a throwdown, this is ridicilous.....My sources came from "CanadianSportsFanatic", and I am sorry I didn't mean to offend you and I thank you for the information. I have deep respect and gratitude for you. I didn't mean any harm, just some of your facts were brilliant.

Im new to this to Mitch, but even I know that you cannot plagerize other arguments, I thank you for the reference (eventually). TD are all about making your own arguments based on your own opinions and research into the topic.
