If you could have chosen the Super Bowl MVP and Runner Up, with neither being more than 1 person (state players in 1st, argue 2nd and 3rd)

Eli Manning- MVP
Michael Strahan- Runner Up

Going by the Super Bowl ONLY, I say this:

Super Bowl MVP - Eli Manning
Runner Up - Justin Tuck

I will take a Defensive End, to make it easier to argue, and I think he is the rigth choice.

Now, let's make the comparison, of their statistics, and look at the impact they made:

Justin Tuck:
Tackles - 6
Tackles For Loss - 2
Sacks - 2
Forced Fumbles - 1
Passes Deflected - 0

Michael Strahan:
Tackles - 3
Tackles For Loss - 1
Sacks - 1
Forced Fumbles - 0
Passes Deflected - 1

Those are the main statistics for them which I will use. So, as you see, clearly Justin Tuck has twice as more tackles as Strahan. Tuck also has more tackles for loss, which made his defense push the Patriots offense back, more effectively than Strahan did. Also, Justin Tuck has one more sack than Strahan, which also helps prove that Justin Tuck pressured the QB more, at times.

Tuck also has a forced fumble. That fumble turned to the Giants favor, which also helps make Tuck the more deserving player.

Strahan is the popular pick, but when you say who "Deserves It" most, I have to say it is Justin Tuck over Michael Strahan.

Forfeited Turn

So I see you are choosing not to argue in your 2nd argument. You must be reaking your own rules, which off-sets my breaking of the rules...

So I will make it fair and not use this as an arguing agrument, if that makes sense.

Report Offensive Comment

I need to find statistics for the game...

Report Offensive Comment

Do you mean throughout the playoffs, or just the ONE game?

Report Offensive Comment

Easy one, Justin Tuck MVP. Manning Runner Up. Honorable Mention for Losing Team: Wes Welker.

Report Offensive Comment

I agree, Sacked, but Eli is MVP.

Report Offensive Comment

The Patriots D-Line deserves it for being unable to bring Manning down LOL

Report Offensive Comment

That is a possibility, Bio.

Report Offensive Comment

I was going to say David Tyree for MVP.

Report Offensive Comment

He desrves it more than anyone else!

Report Offensive Comment

Well, who threw the ball to Tyree, Erwin?

Report Offensive Comment

Oops, I argued in the first argument...

Report Offensive Comment

It says state players in 1st, argue... So I went with it...

Report Offensive Comment

Now I am talking to myself in my own throwdown, how sad...

Report Offensive Comment

Haha DetroitFan.

Tyree should get it. First, Eli escaped the rush, but then who caught that ball that had about .1% chance of being caught. David Tyree. If he hadn't just jumped so high (it seeems unhuman) that would be an incompletion and maybe even a turnover. And it would be over.

Report Offensive Comment

Who threw TWO Touchdown passes, that sealed the deal for them? Who escaped the tackles, and the sacks in order to get the ball to Smith, Tyree, and Burress each passing play?

Eli Manning.

Report Offensive Comment

Tuck is much better!!!

Strahan is more of just the big name now. Tuck and Osi Umenyiora are better than him.!

Report Offensive Comment

Is unhuman a word? Or is it inhuman?

Inhuman/unhuman=Tyree.

Report Offensive Comment

The word you're looking for is inhumane, Erwin.
