Marion Barber at DT?
yes he is one of the strongest backs but i seriously doubt that he could play DT because i doubt that he would able to hit like he does out of a three poiint stance against a center.
How could you not have Branddon Jacobs on there?
i think that josseph addai is biult to be more of a corner than a linebacker(not big or strong enough) and i seriously doubt that reggie would be an effective Corner
if LT would be anything he would be a linebacker but there aare alot of guys that would be better linebackers
as for Marshawn lynch i put marion barber at FS because he hits hard and you always need a hard hitting safety and Lynch is no where near as hard of a hitter
Good luck to you too.

Brandon Jacobs is a big strong guy, but since I had a 3-4 defense I wanted more of a speedy guy on the edge (Lewis and Johnson are faster than Jacobs). IMO Marion Barber is the strongest running back in the NFL, he never lets up.
Addai would make a decent outside linebacker, he's got speed and an excellent closing burst. LT could be a linebacker as well. I put him at corner for 2 reasons:
1) IMO he is stronger than Willie Parker and Joseph Addai. He is actually strong for a running back and breaks tackles, so he'd be better at jamming receivers.
2) He has some of the best hands for a running back. In all of his NFL seasons he has never had one season with less than 51 receptions.
The reason I put Lynch at safety instead of Barber is because Lynch is faster than Barber. You always want a faster safety because he can cover a larger area. Also, he has better hands than Barber and is good a breaking tackles.

excuse but in a 3-4 isnt it the OLBs that are on the edge if so then it would be joseph addai and ronnie brown on the edge imagine a power sweep to addais side BAM!!!!
lets see addia and parker have great hands too
reggie bush would not be able to tackle anyone (because of wimpyness)
and addai and parker are alot faster than tomlinson so they can keeep up with fast recievers.
true lynch is faster than barber but barber is still close and i dont think that lynch would be able to put a good hit on anyone and barber would hit everyone hard
i was seriously considereing putting LT as a linebacker but decided against it because there are so many different guys that would be better
last off i say marion Barber at DT would not be effective because he would not be able to plug up the hole and his pass rush would not be existent,he would be much better suited as a linebacker or safety
good luck this has been fun

Addai is stronger than you think. He has the speed to get to the outside but he is a good receiver over the middle and can get those tough yards. He wouldn't be absolutely bowled over.
Reggie Bush could tackle, but here's the thing with the corner position: it's not very physical, maybe the least physical position on the field. He would excel, with his speed, hands, and jumping ability.
Addai and Parker are not "alot faster" than LT. LT ran a 4.4 40 yard dash, as did Addai. Parker ran a 4.2, so he's faster than LT. But Addai is not. And LT looks faster on the field.
Lynch is faster than Barber, and he could hit. He is a powerful runner like Barber, just not as powerful. He would make a good safety. He could it hard, he can put a linebacker on his ass. He is faster, allowing him to be better in coverage.
Barber would make a great DT. DT's themselves cannot even bring the guy down, that's how strong he is! He would push the offensive line and make plays. Plus he's got some speed so he could go sideline to sideline if need be.
LT would be a good corner for the reasons I stated already. He has some of the best hands for a running back and is stronger than Parker.

Report Offensive CommentI put LT and Bush at corner. LT has some of the best hands out of the backfield in football, as does Westbrook. I put LT as the starter instead of Westbrook though.
