Mike (Greenberg) and Mike(Golic), who do you like best?

Gotta go with Golic. He is everyman. He has a couple of dozen brackets like many of us. He can relate to the average Joe even though he was a pro athlete. Come on the guy is from Cleveland and it doesn't get any more average than that.
I know this TD has little to do with what we say and more about how people Like Mike and Mike, so I'll shut up now.

It's a lot like choosing between Vanilla ice cream and French Vanilla ice cream. They are both sooooo guber sports fan that it's ridiculous. I go with Greeney because he's kind of a **** and Golic kind of dork in denial, and the aforementioned "couple of dozen brackets" drives me insane....One bracket for one man, please.

DSS, you're allowed to vote left if you really are more of a Golic guy, LOL.
Because of work I don't always hear much of their show, but they cover a nice variety of topics, have good guests and make it fun to listen. I think the show misses something when either is absent and they have a fill in. But I guess being from OHIO(don't hold that against either of us.) Golic and I share that midwestern ideology: eat a lot, drink a lot and watch sports on TV, oh and once in a while tell everyone you're gonna diet.
As I said its less about the arguments than the Mikes, but I'm surprised there are sooo many haters.

I really don't have anything against either guys, but when ESPN made commercials saying, "What makes them different makes them great," I laughed a little because I didn't know they were "great." Well, I know they are really popular because they are practically the only national sports show in the morning whose cast doesn't comprise of a bunch of creepy guys. So they are probably rock stars to the morning rush hour commuters.(especially in New York)
I think the fame has gotten to Greeney's ego a bit, but I think it;s hilarious when he pokes fun at himself. Colin Cowherd, along with Ken Harrelson, Gus Johnson, Bill Simmons and Madden, is my favorite person in the sports media.

Apparently no one really cares about M&M or likes either enough to vote. I'm not sure being on TV has helped them, good TV is not watching 2 guys talk on the radio. If you've ever seen Greenburgs game show, and I have only briefly, he really looks uncomfortable on air and just isn't your warm, fuzzy likable game show host. Kindsa the same attributes he lacks on the morning show when it seems he's alway trying to one up Golic.

Report Offensive CommentI think both of them need to watch a couple episodes of their show, becuase they really need to see the ackward times and the non-issues they talk about. Also they seem to have the same tone in their voice every day, which is the tone of a whiny fan that doesn't like this or doesn't understand that, or "the more they think about it, the less or more they <fill in the blank>." It's the same pattern every day and it's boring. I wish they would put the show on ESPN 2 or ESPN instead of preempting ESPN News. I watch ESPN news because I want scores and results and not opinions....but whatta ya know...Nothing but opinions on why Roy williams shouldn't have worn a jayhawks logo on his sweater. I actually had to switch to ESPN just to see highlights of the end of the game.

Report Offensive CommentGreeney has no guts. Therefore I like Golic better. However I'm a Mike and the Mad Dog fan. So I like Mike Francesca and Chris "Mad Dog" Russo better becasue they tell it like it is.

Report Offensive CommentI like Mike and the Mad Dog better, but all these shows are pretty bad. Mike is one of the most stubborn person I've ever seen. Once he has an opinion on something there is no way of telling him otherwise. NO WAY! I really don't like the Mad Dog, he has social disorders and has the most irritating laugh on earth.

THAT guy was a creep; always flrting with the cute girl in the first row. Sometimes he would have her answer a question right so he could give her a high-five (I know).....I hope she washed her hands after class.

Report Offensive CommentMike and Mike is a guilty pleasure that I find myself watching from time to time. You don't know why you watch it but you do. It kind of grows on you. As one of you commented before: the show doesn't work without the other one so I can't vote for either of you.
