Mike4redsox: So long guys said 04/09, 10:15 PM
I'm going with the Boston Red Sox- as quoted in our local paper the "new evil empire"
Here's why...
Many reasons to take the Sox here, number 1, they're virtually losing no one from a World Series Championship last year. Although Schilling will be out until July, this will give a chance for John Lester and Clay Buchholz to really prove themselves as starters. Josh Beckett should be back with another AL Cy Young like year, and Dice-K is only improving in his 3rd year with Boston (he shutout the "most" dangerous lineup in baseball today, ha that still makes me laugh).
Boston has two young guys who started doing damage in the postseason and last year, Jacoby Ellsbury (A Rookie of the Year Candidate) and Dustin Pedroia (last year's ROY winner). Ellsbury and Julio Lugo are very aggressive baserunners and should steal around 30 each. Mike Lowell really shined last year with 120 RBI's (a career best) and is still an amazing fielder. J.D. Drew, who started turning the heat on in the postseason should keep rolling and I predict will hit at least 20 homers this year.
Running out of room, will continue in next argument

Lackey will be back soon. Even without them, they still have solid pitching and great hitting.
