Petty solid list you have there.....only a few holes
I'll list the difference's......
LT - Tony Ugoh: Didnt know it was this easy to replace franchise LT's in the NFL today. But I guess Bill Polian really is a genius. After all, he pretty much STOLE Tony U.....
DE - Kyle Vanden Bosch instead of Freeny: Freeny is a monster on the line, but injuries kept him to only 3 sacks last season. As good as he is, he's pretty worthless if he is in street clothes on the sideline
CB - Dunta Robinson instead of Marlin Jackson: Dutna may be the most underated corner in the NFL. Great on man-to-man coverage and can run with ANYONE. Watch out for him in '08

Lets go over the differences between your team and mine.
LT: Ugoh vs. Barnes- Ugoh had a surprisingly solid first season, but who knows for sure how long he can keep production like that up. There is no way of knowing whether or not he will carry his 07 performance in 2008. Barnes has been on the Jaguars for 3 seasons now, so you pretty much know what you're getting out of him. He has started all but 4 games on a successful team for the past three seasons. Ugoh is still a raw player, while you know what Barnes is capable of.
DE: Vanden Bosch vs. Freeney- Freeney did miss the 2nd half of the 2007 season, but he is by no means necessary injury prone. Before this season Freeney had missed just ONE game since 2002. Not too shabby for someone who plays on the line. Vanden Bosch has put together a nice couple of seasons recently, but you ask anybody out there who they would take or who is a bigger threat, Freeney would be the near unanimous choice. You said it yourself. Freeney is a beast on the line. Vanden Bosch isn't even the most valuable member of his own line. That honor would go to Albert Haynesworth. Freeney is definitely the most important player in Indy's front 7
CB's next

Tony Ugoh has alot more of a upside then Barnes.....Barnes has already reached his peak in maturity as he turning 26 on the 21st of this month. Ugoh on the other hand, is only 24 and has NOT yet reached his full potential. He proved he could come in and PRODUCE as a rookie.....Not only produce, but be one of the most effective players drafted last season.
Peyton Manning was sacked 21 times out of 515 pass attempts
David Garrard was sacked 21 times out of 325 pass attemps
Hmmmm.......??????
Now for Vandenbosch vs Freeny....Freeny would win this battle any and every season except for last season. I dont blame players for getting injured, but im not gonna put him on my all-star team either. Vandenbosch put in all the work and effort to get the nod here. He had 12 sacks, 4 FF and 3 PD....Kyle also racked in 48 solo tackles as a Defensive lineman...

I'm voting to the right, by default, I've never heard of a 'KEITH BARNES" that plays for Jacksonville.
However, I have heard of Khalif Barnes that plays Left Tackle for Jacksonville
If you're going to Throwdown, get the names right!!!

Report Offensive CommentGood job Goodell. I apologize for not making my final argument. Its been out a lot lately due to the great weather, I just forgot about the throwdown. I made a very solid list but you did a very good job with your argument. Congrats on the more than likely victory
