Things to note, when doing this you also need to take into account what each team had in 2004, Chicago isn't going to draft Emeka Okafor at #4 when they already have Elton Brand and Chris Kaman, so take that into account when your doing this.....
Here's my list:

Orlando Magic
Original Pick: Dwight Howard
Re-Do Pick: Dwight Howard

#2
Charlotte Bobcats
Original Pick: Emeka Okafor
Re-Do Pick: Al Jefferson

#3

Re-Do Pick: Josh Smith

#4
Los Angeles Clippers
Original Pick: Shaun Livingston
Re-Do Pick: Kevin Martin

#5

Differences...
Your order: Howard, Jefferson, Smith, Martin, Okafor
My order: Howard, Jefferson, Smith, Iguodala, Martin

K, Okafor is just a better pick then Iggy, the Wizards didn't need a SG, they needed a big, they had Haywood out there, it wasn't enough, Okafor would have given them a defensive presence to combo with Haywood that woulda made them a much better team than having Iggy.

Iguodala would be a better fit for the Clippers because the Clippers really had no PG or SG and Iggy is not afraid to pass the ball. Their PG at the time was Marko Jaric. Iguodala is a SG/SF but he averaged 4.8 APG, which is better than many PG's can average. he also averages 19.9 PPG and can grab 5.4 rebounds. Being able to score and not afraid to pass the ball makes the team have a ton of possibilities to score.

The Wizards really had no SG (or Butler for that matter). They needed an upgrade at SG, SF, and C. I think they should have picked the best player available because they needed a SG bad. Okafor never improved in his career, he has always posted the same stats since his rookie season and just rejected a fair contract (it was about the same value as Al Jeffersons).

Okafor is defensive force on the inside, no doubt about it, he is posting the numbers expected of him when he got drafted and he's doing it consitantly, there's no way Washington passes on him if he's there, Iguadala is the main guy on the Sixers, he's getting his assists because he's controlling the ball so much, Kevin Martin is like Rip in his prime, catch and shoot, with Brand in the middle and Martin running around screens Martin would thrive with the Clippers.

Okafor has no perimeter game at all, he has not improved since he was a rookie, and plus he rejected a very good deal from the Bobcats (and he majored in finance too). Iguodala continues to improve. Andre Iguodala has led the team the playoffs and even helped the 76ers to an upset game against the #2 Pistons. With Iguodalas ability to make plays, he would be a major force for the Clippers and could make plays for Kaman, Maggete, and Brand.

I am too he was the surest pick in that draft, the Bobcats knew what they were getting... now if they only would of skipped on Morrison i think they would be better off.
