Choose three teams that will be interested in picking him. You may go first. Good luck!!!
Phillsfan017 said 05/05, 05:08 PM
I personally dont like this throwdown. I mean Any team would want him. Maybe you mean the 3 teams that are contending or have the best chance at getting him. And you didnt even name the teams that you thought he would go to. So let me see what teams u think he might go to and then wel' argue.
Phillsfan017 said 05/05, 05:13 PM
Well you picked very good teams. You actually picked the teams I was going to pick but justb to make an argument Ill say
1 Carolina
2 edmonton
3 NJ Devils

I don't believe you were going to choose almost the exact teams as me, out of about 30 possible teams. ok, jagr will probably join kings, rather then devils because if you look at the kings roster, you can see great players, that need to started again. kings have a lot of cap, too, jagr loves cash. L.A can also get help on the special teams.
A. Kopitar (he's the best forward on this team)
A. Frolov
D. Brown (he's been amazing this year)
P. O'Sullivan
M. Cammalleri (he started the season so good, and then got injured)
L. Visnovsky
D. Armstrong
R. Blake (he'll probably stay if jagr comes)

He wouldn't last half a season in the west.Far more physical style of play, which is completely NOT Jagr's style.

1.) Washington
2.) Nashville
3.) Colombus
Three teams with the most payroll room left to play with because of the team cap. I don't see Jagr lowering his monetary standards so he can play, so he's going to go where the money is.

I think San Jose may also be interested. With a very early and disapointing playoff exit, they may be looking for another talented player if the salary cap permits.

Dude Devils were a Jagr away from making the Rangers one and done. Go get him NJ but I think after Pittsburgh saw his still spirited play first hand and if Jagr is willing to play for less, he could be in for a reunion.

I think there's a very remote chance he could end up in Pitt, but you'd have to take into consideration the risk of disrupting the chemistry the team has by adding another star to the roster. Is it worth it? Maybe, but probably not. They got this far without him, so in my eyes it'd just be a waste of money.

Jagr's going to end up somewhere that there's cap room...Look at his history. He's not going to take a pay cut to play, plain and simple. Both failed to bring up the very valid point of Jagr leaving the NHL to play in Russia, as has been speculated...The money would be as good as, if not better than the NHL and Jagr is all about the money and always has been.

Maybe he'll pull a McCarty and play for the Flint Generals.

How does the guy on the right get 7 votes so far by just saying Devils?
Jagr? No way he goes to The Caps again or the Pens again!
The Ducks might have an interest though. I don't think he would fit with Edmontons speed game either.
Red Wings could take him...for about 5 mill though.
Jagr would want to play for a contender not a re-builder. Personally my guess is he will make a deal with the Rangers under another bonus system.
Vote left here though...right didn't say anything except...Devils.
