Thanks for making it interesting by making so many changes

I think Brady is a much better QB.... in real life. But in Madden Vince Young has a cannon with decent accuracy. And with Randy Moss on the team you can just throw deep all day. Also you know when its 4th down in Madden and you need a few yards you can always turn to the QB scramble which is so deadly in Madden. Also Young is YOUNG and has many more years left than Brady.
HB- You got to go with AP this guy is so DIRTY in Madden he had people using the Vikings online last year. Also AP had great ratings in most of the running categories. I understand Westbrook is more useful on a screen but if Ap is used properly hes better. Also he gets more years for you.
WR- Im stunned you strayed from randy. He had an incredible year last year. Hes a huge target in Madden at about 6'4 - 6'5 and he can run at approx. 94-97 speed. TJ is more of a possesion guy.
TE- Again im stunned, Gates is like a 99 rating in every madden. Hes huge and hes pretty fast and athletiuc. Hes unstoppable when covered by linebackers and safety also hes a great run blocker.

Now ok Tom Brady,we know he'll be an automatic 99,that's a given.And that's why I picked him.The guy dominates on madden.His overrall and ratings will all boost dramatically from last season.

Here's a stat for you.The Titans had the fewest passing tds in the NFL last season.600 yards rushing(just a guess)and 6-7 rushing tds won't make up for that.Sure they win,but the ground game is what moves the Titans on Madden,and he just wouldn't have the stats.

For Brian Westbrook,defenses can't just key on him as Donovan McNabb is a great QB.He catches the ball out of the backfield almost as well as anyone in recent memory.He puts up great fantasy numbers recieving and ryshing,he can also score tds.With AP,you have raw,untamed talent,that could very well be the best RB in the league in years to come,but at this point he struggles when keyed into a defenses gameplan.

Moss,I don't see his ratings rise dramatically from just one year,T.J. has been on the rise with his overrall and his ratings have improved,he will catch as many balls as anyone in the league,and score many touchdowns in the red zone.

Tony Gonzalez just puts up more catches and yards,while the tds are close.


You picked a lot of old players while i picked young ones who are only going to get better in my franchise mode. Also I would like to say that the surrounding cast of the players you chose doesnt matter because its Madden. Yes Brady will be a 99 but in Madden 99 qbs throw like 35 td's 7ints. And Scramblers have like 25TD's 5-10 ints and like 800-1000 yds rushing if you set them to scramble. The scramble is unstoppable.
Onto defense.
DE- Willliams is much stronger and faster than Allen but last year was facing Doubles because there is no one else on his Dline. ALso he is so young and so gifted. He had 14 sacks last year in only his 2nd season.
S- Ed Reed is easily better than Rhodes in Madden. every year since about Madden 04 Ed Reed has been the best rated player in the game(excluding kickers). Hes a 99 every year and you cant even throw his way. If your a good Madden player and you have Ed you pick off almost every pass in his direction.
Now I would like to clear something up with you.
You said Randy Moss' ratings will NOT INCREASE !?
He had his greatest season ever following a very bad one in Oakland. He was like an 89 in last years game and will be a 99 in this one.


I picked a lot of old players?You had Ed Reed as your safety,I had Kerry Rhodes.

T.J. Houshmanzadeh is younger than Moss.

My only player who's actually kind of old is Tony Gonzalez,and he still produces.

The thing is again:THE TITANS WERE LAST IN PASSING TDS.Youngs ratings aren't that great in passing yet.I'd much rather have Tom Brady passing for his 40+ tds,than Vince Youngs average numbers(yes average,he's far below average in passing,his rudhing makes him about average).

Jerad Allen has produced very much,and does as much as Williams does.

Reed,I declined to pick,because he has had various injuries,while Rhodes is rising fast.He is intercepting passes,making tackles,and causing fumbles.Reed is a great defensive player(but I really don't understand why he is always a 99)

See?I said that his numbers will not dramatically go up.Yes his overall will go up,but his speed,hands,moves,strength,etc.won't just spontaniously rise up tremendously becasue of a good year,he had brady.

I LOOOOOOVE MADDEN, that's why it kills me to see Favre on the cover. Plus, I do usually pick speed QB's over accurate ones. ANd just for the record, I pick big arms over speed.
