The Minnesota Timberwolves. Heres why:

Heres their starting lineup:

PG- Sebatian Telfair
SG- Randy Foye
SF- Ryan Gomes
PF- Al Jefferson
C- Mike Doleac

Now thats not half bad of a lineup. Randy Foye was out most of the season and had a lot of competition, including the Lakers, and everyone else.

More to come...

Good luck!

I got to go with the Portland Trail Blazers.

This is a team on the rise, they finished at 41-41 in the very tough West. This was a good young team that took the key step of winning at home. They were 28 -13 at home, they had the opposite record on the road. The next step for a young team is winning on the road. Now the players and why next year will be much more.....

A good duo at the point of Blake and Jack, they scored around 18 and had 9 assists combined.

At the 3, 2 very young talents in Martell Webster and Travis Outlaw, they gave the team 24 and 8.5 as a duo and both have room for improvement.

At the power forward another younster in LaMarcus Aldridge, an 18 and 8 guy at 22. His backup is a pretty decent young guy in Channing Frye, who gives them a better backup than most teams.

Then their is the great young Brandon Roy, this guy is a fast rising star, who has gotten better every year in the league. He is already an All-Star and the sky is the limit for this guy.

Why will they be better next year? They are young already and will be adding 2 great young talents before the draft. Greg Oden and Rudy Fernandez. We will get to them next.

Good Luck.

The T'Wolves are a great team.

I know their records and their players don't show it, but...

I think that next year they can make the playoffs. They weren't too hot this season because of their players, but if they get some good people out of the draft and get a couple people from other teams in the offseason, they can make the postseason. They might not win the series in the playoffs, but I have a feeling they will make it.

The T'Wolves do have some talent, no doubt about it. Every team in the league has some talent. They went 22 and 60 this last season, that is a far cry from 41 and 41. They would need a 28 game improvement to make it in the tough West.

You say they weren't to good because of the players. You think the draft will fix that. Yes they have one first rounder, although they don't have much of a track record in that department and one rookie will not elevate them right away.

Get a couple of people from other teams, huh? So teams just give key pieces away nowdays. As for free agents, why would anyone want to go to Minny. They botched the KG situation and have a terrible front office.

The T'Wolves are still 2 years away from the playoffs at least, maybe if they were in the East but not in the highly competitive West.

I will get to the Blazers more in the last one, but they were already a .500 team. Without the draft or free agents they have 2 huge additions coming. We know one thing about Greg Oden, the man can play some great defense. So if he minimizes his potential he will be a star defender with 10+ boards and 2+ blocks, if he maximizes it well, that is next. As well as Rudy

Yes, they are a lot of games behind. But, I think they can pull it off.

They have hidden talent on that team, and them, the draft, and anybody who they sign in the off-season will help that.

Brandon Roy is one of the rising stars of this game. He can do just about everything and he makes his teammates better as well. Why do i bring him up again?..... Could you imagine a guy with his talent getting an All Star center.

Greg Oden, if he plays at his best, which consider this.... Al Horford was a great Rookie and Joahkim Noah was a good one. In the Title game they may have lost, but Greg Oden ate those boys lunch. He was a man among boys. No big deal except those are 2 good players in this league. He has the potential to be a 20-10-3 guy right off the bat. He is a real center in a league in desperate need of more of them.

Rudy Fernandez is a 6'6" shooting guard from Spain, he has been tearing the Spanish league up(I know it is just the spanish league). But this guy will have no pressure as a 7th ot 8th guy off the bench at best. But he will be instant offense for the Blazers and that is not what the rest of the league wants to hear.

The Blazers are not only in great position to make the playoffs next year, they are in great position to make them for the next 10 and quiet possibly win a few championships.

That's not the starting lineup at all....

May 12, 2008  10:31 PM ET

Not to mention BucMaster spelled Telfair's name wrong, then lakersr#1 spells the T-Wolves wrong.

Lol, no worries everyone.

Did this same td over the weekend, and I took the young Trailblazers, they've got all the young talent a team can get, and a coach that's really starting to turn this team around. They've improved 20 wins from 2 years ago, and 9 wins from last year. They have a great guard in Brandon Roy, post men in Lamarcus Aldridge and Greg Oden, and a 6th man in Travis Outlaw
