5. Leandro Barbosa

Please wait for arguments instead of just voting on lists

1. Chris Paul
2. Deron Williams
3. Raymond Felton****
4. Mo Williams
5. Rajon Rondo****

**** = difference

I want to argue Rondo vs. Barbosa in this 2nd argument...

First let's take a look at this year's stats

Points
B-15.6
R-10.6

Turnovers
B-1.4
R-1.9

Assists
B-2.6
R-5.1

Barbosa is a sixth man, backs up one of the best veteran Point Guard's in the NBA, but still puts up more points and has less turnovers than Rondo. He's a threat on the defensive and offensive side. He also was a key part in the playoffs for the Suns even though they fell to the Spurs in 5. Rondo is a horrible free throw shooter compared to Barbosa's 82% at the strike. This proves that Barbosa is a go-to guy in the final 5 minutes of the game. Leandro has to play behind one of the greatest in the game today, and once Nash moves on or loses talent, Barbosa will definitely step in for the Suns. In fact, if it weren't for the Spurs, Barbosa would probably be much more recognized, and wouldn't be suprised if a team lacking a good PG, (Cavs, Nuggets) made a deal or a trade for him.

Once Barbosa, is in a starting role he will be a better complete PG, and he's already better than Rondo as a backup.

I have 5 minutes to do this, so I'll just write what i have to with no stats.

Barbosa is better suited to be a shooting guard, not a Point Guard. He doesn't have the court vision to be a great point guard.

Felton averages more assists than Harris, and is widely considered as one of the more underrated players in the NBA.

Sorry I'm also running out of time....

Devin Harris can shoot, he can drive, he's a great defender and passer, this guy is all you would want running your offense. Prime Example, Mavericks were one of the best teams in the West and were predicted to be the 2, 3, or 4 seed in the playoffs. After Harris left, the veteran Jason Kidd couldn't handle it and they fell to the seven seed.

You'll see why in my 2nd argument, I was very careful in picking these guys.... Oh and Dudeman, I got these PG's off the NBA Depth Charts on espn.com, so it has to say they're a PG not just a G

Felton Calderon and Rondo are three others who could be argued.
