The yankees won't make the playoffs...

There is no chance at the AL east right now because Boston has already punched there ticket... Tampa has young energy and will hang around for .500... and Baltimore is suprising people. Toronto is too good not to make the a decent run.

The wildcard has a lot of choices right now... Clevland, (I think they will win there divison), Detriot, (They hit to good not to be a contender at the end), Minny, (Great young talent and on top of there division), Oakland or LA,(Whoever loses that division looks set for the wildcard)...

In the next argument i will talk about the yankees...

I agree Yanks won't make playoffs..LOL

well then this pointless...

Anyway the yankees are very injury prone this year... A-rod has been hurt, since Jeter got hit on the writst he hasn't been the same... The yankees are rushing to get Joba a starter and don't care if he's going to be ready.
They moved farnsworth back to the set up and it's going to be a mistake with his season so far...

Mussina and Damon are starting and look there old age. Mussina lasted 2/3 of an inning againt the ORIOLES, not boston. and damon looks old and slow and doesn't have the speed or agility that he used too

Yep and not only that you can see how the development of young pitching has miserably failed. Adam Kennedy and Phil Hughes are nothing compared to Marcum/Mcgowan, or Bucholz/Lester

Well boston is #1 in the division and I have no idea who is number 2

Money doesn't win championships... ask Florida

Boston for sure...I think it will be Tampa vs Toronto to see who can get second...that might even turn out to be the wild card spot

just wait till the end of june and then come talk to me

Too early does sound cliche, but I think that is true.

I hate the Yankees yet I know they aren't even close to done. And c'mon, what makes you think the Tigers will turn it around, their hitting, Yankees are STILL missing Posada, arguably their second best hitter, and look at the carnage A-Rod did to the O's last night. Two homer(the second one was a homer, HORRIBLE call) and a double, and he's just warming up. If they keep this up for another month then yes, they are done. What people fail to realize is that they do this almost every single year yet go on to win 90 games. You wanna know who isn't making the playoffs, the Orioles

lol what do you want me to say...Yankees are going to finish 4th on the AL east only beating baltimore ...Tampa is not going to hold up this run but will finish a game or two above 500. Toronto and boston are the only real threats in the AL east..As for the wild card it could go to anyone of these teams b4 the yanks...Detroit (still hope cuz team is amazing on paper), Toronto (same reason), Boston, (if they don't win division), Cleveland, Chicago, Minnesota, LA Angels, Oakland..so you see maybe its time to start a rebuiliding process in the big apple
