Wow. Top 5 best ever huh? Based on what? Where is your evidence that proves Mardaona was a top 5?
And Hugo Sanchez wouldn't crack the top 50!!!!! What!?
Hugo was a better player than Diego, and unlike you, I will actually post proof to back up my argument.

Hugo S??nchez played twelve seasons in La Liga and is the 2nd highest goalscorer in the history of that league, playing with a number of clubs, most notably Real Madrid. He won the Pichichi Trophy 5 times (4 consecutive) a record only second to Telmo Zarra's 6 trophies. He has won the European Golden Boot, and was elected twice the best foreigner in La Liga. He played 769 matches professionally scoring 477 goals. These feats are pretty impressive, for someone you state who wouldn't crack the top 50. Im not here to judge or state how each player ranks amongst the 'All-time footballer list', but saying he wouldn't crack the top 50 is absurd. Your first argument is also absurd, so redeem yourself and please comeback with better one throwdown rookie.

what proves Sanchez IS a top50 player? gimme about 10 minutes and I could type up 50 better players than Hugo. Maradona is an legend that needs no explanation. Scored the greatest goal in world cup history against England (no, not the hand of god, the other one). unbelievable on the ball...didn't play for a powerhouse club like RM all his life...Maradona has a World Cup to his name, "hugol" does not. I'm curious as to what your top 5 looks like...? I'll go ahead and post mine. in no order: maradona, ronaldo, pele, zidane, best.....next 5...eusebio, beckenbauer, di stefano, yashin, cruyff

so i guess i lose this throwdown because i don't respond in a timely manner? sorry i've never done this before...but there is absolutely zero chance that hugo sanchez is better than diego maradona...i'm assuming you are mexican because that is the only legitimate reason you have of saying such non-sense.

True Maradona is a legend. But if you want to win, you are actually going to have to post an explanation, or argument, to back up your statement.
Oh and Hugo Sanchez, didn't actually play for Real Mardid 'all his life'. He played there for 7 years, out of his 22 years as a professional footballer.
My top 5? Honestly, I dont have one. But I still believe that Hugo was a better footballer than Maradona (or obviously a better goalscorer).
Oh, and yes I am Mexican, and am not afraid to say it. Why would I be?

Regardless of 'legitimate reasons', Hugo WAS the better player. Which makes lots of sense, once you look at the statistics and facts. Non-sense
