I think it was the titans. Here are some Reasons.

1. They lost starting RB travis Henry.

2. Lost thier WR drew Bennet who lead the team in all reciving categories.

3. They lost Pacman due to suspention and he was thier best defensive player.

4. sure VY is good, but he cant do it all alone they got no RB or WRs to help him.

No i think that two teams had worse offseasons
#1 the colts lost Stokely, June, and other defensive personal
and #2 which may be worse to a point is the Chargers they lost their HEAD COACH

the chargers didnt lose thier head coach they fired him, and they got a good replacement in Norv Turner (two super bowls with cowboys as Ofensive Coordinator) As for the colts they replaced stokley when they picked up Anthony Gonzalez in the first round who is a great WR. I will say june was a lose but they still got Bob Sanders who was the one who got the colts D started in the playoffs when he returned from his injure and they played really well.

That would be losing a coach
norv turner is gonna kill LT's game as i heard from some place.....(but what ever)
And pacman loss was his choice not anyone elses so the colts and chargers had the worst offseason by my perspective

stokley was unproductive lately in indy. pacman was also thier return man for special teams and every game he even came in as WR he was a huge lose no matter how they lost him

he was only unproductive cuz he was injured that would be a pretty big deal i think
Pac-man is a very troubled man and now hes gonna be, possibly, done for his career so the Titans are gonnahave to find a new person to do those things
The colts and chargers had worse offseasons than the titans a
and i must say you have pretty loyal titan fans to have all those votes this early

HERES THE REST OF MY ARGUMENT..... and when that happens you are gonna have to change your whole system and everything that goes along with it

June 21, 2007  06:20 PM ET

A sizzle there you go i got yo back

June 21, 2007  06:24 PM ET

THE BROWNS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
lol

June 21, 2007  06:28 PM ET

The Lions. If you think Bly was their best defender, you're wrong. He didnt fit with the lions defensive scheme. What did they get in return? A good rb and a starting RT. Drafted the best player in draft, and signed Edwin Mulitalo a starting LG from the Ravens.

June 21, 2007  06:30 PM ET

The Titans also lost their #2 WR. Pacman Jones isn't just their best D player, he's also their best special teams player.

Indy's D will be worse, but it's not a terrible situation(they have decent backups taking over). Stokley was barely contributing the last 2 years, and they got a new WR in the 1st round of the draft.

Norv Turner set up the Chargers offensive system that they've been running for the last 6 or 7 years. The D coach is terrible, but they will still have a very respectable team.

June 21, 2007  06:32 PM ET

SD hired Ted Cottrell as the DC- he runs the SAME system as Wade Phillips. Cottrell worked under phillips for like a decade. The D will be no different. The offense is up for debate- but they did promote from with in. Rookie OC with a terrible game plan from Turner will take the O down a notch, but it will still be a dangerous unit, simply because of the talent. Great O line, the best RB and FB (and backup RB) in football, Pro Bowl TE and QB. No way to put SD in "worst offseason"...

June 21, 2007  06:35 PM ET

the colts lost 2 CB's but the cover 2 doesn't place alot of emphasis on the player at that position. It is all about the scheme....

June 21, 2007  06:38 PM ET

Cleveland had a bad offseason, because their gullible fans have gotten all worked up over a guy that will turn out to be the next Rick Mirer and make the lost #1 pick next year, that much more painful.

They also are placing their hopes in a washed up, overweight running back that spent time in jail for cocaine trafficking.

June 21, 2007  06:42 PM ET

what the titans did, was for the future of the franchise. It was a bad thing for this season, but overall for the future they did the right thing. Fischer is a good coach, and has consistently put a good product on the field. He and the brass of the Titans, feel overpaying 2 aging veterans in Henry and Bennett wasn't the right thing for the franchise. They feel VY is their future "franchise qb" and want to rebuild with youth around him. Throwing money away, isn't the way to do that. Look at how much Bennett got- he isn't that good of a WR. Remember football is a business...

June 21, 2007  06:57 PM ET

ya but the resigning of those guys would tie them up for years. Neither wanted a short term contract. Henry being cut is a big reason why they have so much money available. He was due between roster bonus and salary over $8 million this year. Do you think he is worth that kind of money? And if you look at last year their #1 and #2 receivers (which both left) COMBINED for 79 catches, 1198 yd, and 5 TD. AWFUL production, regardless of how "bad" the guys who replace them are it won't be hard to replicate 80 catches for 1200 yards and 5 td's between ANY 2 receivers....

June 21, 2007  06:59 PM ET

but IF they finish last, they get Darren McFadden, or Steve Slaton- that would fill that hole at RB nicely for years to come....

June 21, 2007  07:18 PM ET

anyone gonna mention the Bears?

June 21, 2007  07:24 PM ET

MIke, the Browns HAVE TO FINISH LAST! McFadden is comin to the Cowboys baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!

June 21, 2007  07:25 PM ET

How could you even mention the Colts? Four of the players they lost didn't play in the Super Bowl (Harper, Stokley, Doss, Reagor), all of those guys expect for Harper missed a majority of the season, June was bad last year, and Rhodes was abismal before the Super Bowl.

June 21, 2007  07:29 PM ET

that's wishful thinking boysfan- but as long as they finish bottom 5 you can still get that premier DT you guys need in Glenn Dorsey....

June 21, 2007  07:34 PM ET

June didn't even play in a couple games and the Colts still won the Super Bowl. The colts only lost Stokely and June. That isn't that bad. The Super Bowl wasn't decided by them.

June 21, 2007  08:13 PM ET

Green Bay.

June 21, 2007  08:25 PM ET

june led the colts in tackles and tied for interceptions.......he will be missed!

Cato will be replaced, you all have to remember, cato was a replacement player as well, they're good at developing that position!

June 21, 2007  08:58 PM ET

Go Titans

June 21, 2007  09:28 PM ET

San Diego's system won't change that much.

They will run the same defense and their offense will probably be better.

A Shizzle, sorry dude but Indy didn't have a bad offseason. They picked up Anthony Gonzalez to replace Stokely.

I'd agree that Green Bay would definitly be up there. They drated a DT that was coming off a major injury who was a projected second or early third round pick.
