The Bulls will have the better record. This is why.

If Wade is healthy, It does not matter much. Miami does not have a dominate center that can produce. Even if they get Beasely, you don't know if he will be a bust or not.

The Miami Heat Lineup:

PG-Jason Williams
SG-Dwayne Wade
SF-Shawn Marion
PF-Udonis Haslem
C-Mark Blount or Micheal Beasely

They're lineup is old. Blount, Marion, and Williams can't produce like they used to.

Meanwhile, the Bulls will have a younger lineup with Derrick Rose.

The Bulls Lineup:

PG-Kirk Hinrich or Derrick Rose
SG-Ben Gordon or Larry Hughes
SF-Andres Nocioni
PF-Drew Gooden
C-Joakim Noah

As you can see, the Bulls have a very young lineup. And Rose can only help that lineup. The Bulls had the 12th seed in the East. Imagine how much better the Bulls can do with Rose.

The Miami Heat, on the other hand, had the WORST RECORD IN THE EAST. They're in the rebuilding process. It will take them a few years to get better.

This is why the Bulls will do better than the Heat.
