If they were NOT TO win it this year, then the following year would be the year for them to win...heres why
KG, Paul Pierce and Ray Allen....while most say are getting older, which is correct...they have just hit there older downside slump...one more good year out of them is expected...with all three still averaging just under 20 a game, they will still be able to control and handle the competetion....
Players stepping up With this great run of celtic bball this season. there have been multiple players that have come out their shell and become productive basketball players...numbers dont always back this up, but players like Perkins, Rondo and Eddie house have come through BIG TIME when the 3 stars have been less than par...with these player gaining more and more confidence, coming into next seaosn still will prove that this team will dominate the east along with it maintaining there winning ways...
Lastly...the East has teams on the rise...we all can see that, but NBA championship contending teams? Not quiet...maybe the magic..
And with these teams being their competetion....i dont see them being able to not handle the playoffs in the East..Next year

either way....all three of these players with the Celtics HAVEN'T even hit there down ward slide of aging players...they are averaging lower #s than years past becasue thats what happens when you put three big time names together...they shared the ball great and worked as a team...
Like i mentioned before there back ups showed great promise in this years NBA playoffs..and they will only get better for next year...and with all three stars coming back they will have no better chance to win the NBA championship next year if not this year...

WHAT!? If they don't win it within 4 or 5 years they won't win it at all. You do realize in 5-7 years the entire Big Three will be in their mid to late thirties right? Possibly even on another team. There is no chance they will win it in 5-7 years. If they are going to win it, it will be in the next 3 or 4 years. Then there time has run out.
