NBA Finals Winner

Well, as you all know, im going to go with the Los Angeles Lakers. Why? Because they are the one that are going to win this years NBA Finals against the Boston Celtics.
The schedule goes like this:

@L.A.
@L.A.
@L.A
@Boston
@Boston

The Lakers have not lost at home in the playoffs. That's pretty impressive considering they played Denver, Utah, and San Antonio. Yes the Celtics only lost once at home, but guess what, thats all the Lakers need. On win in Boston. And since the Lakers are undefeated in Staples Center, and Boston plays mediocre on the road, L.A.'s chances are pretty high.

On the other hand, the Celtics went to seven games with Atlanta (hahaha) and the Cavaliers (haha), and if it wasn't for Detroits 'injuries', their fate might have gone the other way.

L.A.'s record in playoffs: 12W-3L
Boston's record in the playoffs: 12W-8L

Last but not least, the matchups. NOBODY is going to stop the MVP in Kobe Bryant. Kenyon Martin, Andrei Kirilenko, Matt Harper, Bruce Bowen, and Manu Ginobli have all tried and failed. What makes you think Pierce and Allen and going to get he job done?

Then you have Odom, Gasol, and the Bench Mobb.

Boston has the best team defense. Look at what they did to Lebron. Thet beat a Denver team that play no defence. Literally leaving the middle open evreytime. They played the Jazz who cant win a game away for their alives. They beat an injured and old Spurs team. The Celtics had some growing pain against the Hawks bounced back and beat Lebron James. Then beat the same old Pistons.


Wasnt expecting for the original to decline. But, i'll move on with this throwdown anyway.
Yes, Boston can play defense. But, the Lakers have the best offense in the postseason. What the Celtics did to LeBron is irrelevant. Why? Because we are talking about the MVP, Kobe Bryant. Kobe is unstoppable.

The Lakers did handle a defenseless Nuggets roster, in 4 games. But do you really think, the Atlanta Hawks are a better team than the Nuggets, or Cavs for that matter? How about better than the Jazz, or Spurs? Didn't think so. Your comments are meaningless. They played a team with no defense...cant win on the road...injured and old.....blah blah blah. Quit the bullsh*t!
*All you can say for your beloved Celtics is that they had some growing pain against the worst team in the playoffs in 7 games...beat a one man team, in seven games...and beat the same old Pistons.

*Yeah, nice argument. All you stated was Boston's defense, who the Lakers played in the playoffs, and who Boston played in the playoffs.

Your point? Im guessing your trying to tell me the Celtics will win it all. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!

The West was better this year, and Boston could only beat Detroit on the road. They couldn't beat Atlanta or the Lebrons on the road. That doesnt' bode well. Plus, if the 2 best clutch players are Kobe vs Pierce, then this could be a short series.
