pence hasnt hit a walk off yet


I take Hunter Pence. So what if he hasn't hit a walk off homer yet? That doesn't even matter.

Jay Bruce is good and will be a great player. But he got called up just 4 days ago. You don't know if he will slump soon or something similar to that.

Let's compare stats:

Bruce-.591 BA every good hitter has a high average their first few games, then it goes down. Keep that in mind.
Pence-.299 BA

Bruce-2 hr
Pence-7 HR

Bruce-6 rbi's
Pence-31 rbi's

Bruce-2 sb's
Pence-5 sb's

Bruce-13 hits
Pence-61 hits

Pence has the clear advantage and is the better player.

Don't get too excited about Bruce, he's playing very well now, but like I said Bruce may slump in the near future.

You never said that. You can't change the topic of the td in your 2nd argument. But, Pence is the better player if you look at my 1st argument. And I would have Pence than Bruce anyday.

Wait, now you changed the topic to fantasy baseball? Stats are a way of comparing how players are doing and to decide which player is better. In this case, Hunter Pence is better.
