First off, its hard to define a Qb by speed because it changes as the player gets srtonger, one person could be fast one day and slow the next, So this TD is mostly either based on Who ran the 40' Fastest or pure speculation.
So giving the facts that Stever young Triped on running the 40' and almost smashed his face open, i doubt your judging it by thoes results, Im not going to pick a Player the Argue about how he is faster then steve young, basing my argument on how this TD is impossible to prove.
Speculation is not a argument, Over and over do i witness Td'rs Use speculation in their arguments.
If your going to give me Rushing stats, that doesnt mean Speed, It means Agility and Blocking,
Any White Qb can Run Fast if their determined,
And again its all about Luck and Blocking , Steve young Was A Phenominal Scrambeler No doubt, But every Qb has their moment.
Like in 2004 Tom Brady Broke Urlachers Ankles . and ran up the middle Studder steped him for a 16 yard gain.

he barley made it in the nfl and all that he was ever known for was his hail mary at boston collage. he barley made it in the cfl. oh and by the way i was talking about the NFL not the cfl. steve young blows him away dude. and by the way ur argueing with a 12 year old

Steve Young's fastest 40 is 4.57. Michael Vick ran a 4.33, and some reports say he once ran a 4.2. Given that stat...Michael Vick is the fastest NFL QB.
