(no Starbury on MY team)

I forgot to list the site I used, mine is different and doesn't have some of your players on it but it's no big deal...

http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?page=2008freeagents

Jose Calderon is one of the best young point guards in the league, he knows how to lead his team and is quite a good decision maker. At 11.2ppg and 8.3apg he has turned into one of the best passers in the league. His assist/ 48 minutes is at 13.1 with an great assist to turnover ratio of 5.38/1, which was tops in the league.

Monta Ellis is another young star. He averaged 20.2ppg, 4apg while shooting a ridiculous 53% from the floor. He is a very quick talented defender and has become a great scorer.

Iggy is a player that can do it all. 20ppg, 5.5rpg, and 5apg are all great O stats while still being a great defender, 2.1spg.

Smith, another great player. 17.2ppg, 8.2rpg, and 2.8bpg, he puts up great numbers. He too is young and is quietly becoming a dominant force.

Biendris, not great but good. He lead the league in FG% at 63%. Still averaged 11ppg and 10rpg, he too is a good defender.

Emeka Okafor, is a great defender. 14ppg 11rpg and 1.7bpg. He is a great leader and all around player.

Elton Brand (both Sites) 17.6 ppg 8.0rpg 1.9 Bpg True he was coming off of injury - but career he is a 20.3ppg 10.6rpg and 2.1bpg

Shawn Marion (both Sites) 15.4ppg 10.2 rpg and 2.2apg - true his numbers dropped from nash to J-Will but I bet Baron and Him become GREAT Pals.

Ron Artest (both Sites) 20.5ppg, 5.8rpg 2.3spg- plus I hear he ain;t bad on Defense either!

Allen Iverson (not on yours) 26.4 ppg, 7.1apg and 2.0spg - and with Baron at the point- he is going to be free and clear of ANY passing duties!

Baron Davis (both Sites) 21.8ppg 7.6apg and 2.3spg not to mention a 4.7rpg - PLus he won;t have to play small ball- MArion is going to be buying this dude a CAR -

(4 of 5 are on both Sites)

Bench

Corey Magettee (both Sites) 16.1ppg 2.2apg 0.8 spg
Gilbert Arenas (only listed as UFA) 19.4ppg 5.1apg 1.8 spg
Jermaine O'Neal( not on yours) 13.6ppg 6.7rpg and 2.1bpg

I could swap Corey For AI and have all 5 starters on both sites- but then I only have 1 bench player (Kenny Thomas) So I have no Bench then

Brand plays PF not C and is coming off a major injury, who knows how long before that becomes a problem again.

Marion may play PF but should be playing SF, it is more natural for him. He complained about not being a high option on the Suns, he won't like his role here either.

Artest is a very good player... but he too has his issues, how will he handle being the 5th scoring option on this team?

A.I., clear him and passing duties and I can just see his shot count rise and rise.

Davis won't be able to score as much when he is your teams third possibly fourth option, he gets a lot of rebounds based on the small ball you mentioned.

O'Neal was not on my site, but with his injuries who cares. He is an injury waiting to happen and is not quite what he used to be.

Arenas won't like coming off the bench very much. He isn't a great shooter and is a pretty bad defender...

Your team has injury prone players (Brand, O'Neal, Marion, Davis, and Arenas all missed significant time this year), while no one on my team missed more than 20 games.

Your team is loaded with stars, my team has everything that is needed to win games. Defense, scoring, rebounding, and passing I have it all.

Brand plays PF not C

-- Wrong - Brand has played PF quite often and last season he played WITH Kaman after coming back- Brand plays low post- call it 4 call it 5 - like Duncan he is STILL going to be planted down low

Marion may play PF but should be playing SF,

-- Should- but he played more PF next to Amare than SF until the trade- and with those boards- he seemed to be ok.

Ron Ron will play whatever he need to play

A.I shot 458 last year from the floor- I can live with that- and with Brand down low- All Day

Davis will do whatever it takes to win- ask Cuban

My team might have some injuries- but Brand is 100%- as he proved last year- AI plays through everything- Marion is back 100% and Arenas/O'neal are there

"Your team is loaded with stars, my team has everything that is needed to win games. Defense, scoring, rebounding, and passing I have it all. "

Defense- I have Ron Marion and Brand - all better than yours by a MILE
Scoring - Uh AI and Gilbert? Hello?
Rebounding- My PF gets 10, my center gets 10+ my POINT gets almost FIVE! Yours gets 3

Passing- AI and Baron? I have 2 in the top 9! You have number 5 true- but TWO in the top 9!

Everyone makes human mistakes, or actions that are out of the ordinary. Are you calling everyone in the world a ****? You should think about what you say before you say it.

June 23, 2008  09:53 PM ET
