Alright, decent list, but there are a few errors on it,
Your selling Toronto a little short, With the added big man down low, they have to be without a doubt the best post team in the eastern conference and when you couple that with guys like Anthony Parker, Carlos Delfino, Jamario Moon, Andrea Bargnani, and Jason Kapono who are gonna get about 10 points per game, your looking at a version of what the pistons were in the early part of the decade, with two Great big Men (Big Ben and Sheed) and a bunch of role player that have potential to be much more than that.
I also don't see the Hawks pulling another miracle and getting in the playoffs. Last season they got in because good teams like Chicago, Miami, and New Jersey ran off course and had a bad seasons a lot due to injury and I don't see any of the Teams not being able to contend for the playoffs this season, which will make it much harder for Atlanta to get another mediocre 8th seed berth.
Your also selling Chicago short, Expect guys like Lual Ding, Ben Gorden, Drew Gooden, Larry Hughs, Tyrus Thomas, and Kirk Hinrich, to bounce back after and injury plagued season.

Toronto isn't as good as the Magic is. They were a top team last year, and they didn't make really any changes to their team, so they still will be dangerous this year.
They aren't going to have a better record than the Magic, but they will have a better record than the 76ers.
They might have some good players, but they aren't going to do better than the Magic, who played very well last year.
I don't think all of those 5 players that you named are going to score 10 points per game. They don't have that much talent to score 100+ every game. I see about 6-8 ppg for those 5 players.
The Hawks didn't pull a miracle. They played well, and they deserved to be in the playoffs. That wasn't a miracle.
Miami just sucked, so don't say that they are/were a good team.
New Jersey had problems after they traded Jason Kidd.
Chicago just wasn't that good last year, and this year I don't think they will be that much better, even though they had the 1st pick in the NBA draft.
The Hawks are going to get a 7th seed, with the Wizards getting an 8th seed.
The Bulls aren't going to make the playoffs. They will come VERY close, but they will not make them.

Last season Toronto's biggest weakness was there lack of an ability to rebound and I think that they addressed that pretty well when they made the addition of Jermaine O'Neal.
This addition will give Toronto the one two punch that they can use to cancel out a guy like Dwight Howard and then some.
"They don't have that much talent to score 100+ every game. I see about 6-8 ppg for those 5 players."
Really? not even 100 points per game, they scored over 100 points last season 52 times and then wen you add in the low post scorer that they have now and if guys like Andrea Bargnani and Jamrio Moon show some signs of maturity this season they could double there PPG total from last season.
"Miami just sucked, so don't say that they are/were a good team. "
they did last year, but this year if Wade, Marion, and Beasly click they could do great things, making Miami a division contender.
New Jersey had problems after they traded Jason Kidd.
Yeah but they got a ton of good players in return for Kidd and if some young guys like Sean Williams and Marcus Williams step up, along side with the old stand by's Vince Carter, Richard Jefferson, and Deven Harris.
Good TD...

They aren't going to have a big increase in rebounding because of one player, it is going to need to take the WHOLE team to be able to get a lot better at rebounding.
Dwight Howard can score from downlow, and he can also get a lot of rebounds. He averages a double-double, and he is a GREAT player, and it will be very hard to stop him.
They might score 100 points some games, but they aren't going to average 100+ points a game, and that isn't going to happen every game. They are a good team, but I don't think that they will really dominant anyone this year. They are a good team, but I don't see them beating out the Magic for the 4th spot in the Eastern Conference.
You said Miami sucked last year, and the only real addition that they have in Beasley. Beasley isn't going to make the Heat a division contender. That is upsurd. One player isn't going to make a bad team good, especially a rookie.
Jason Kidd was AVERAGING a triple-double for the Nets, and that really is going to effect them. They have a big passing threat gone.
I don't know if you know this, but Richard Jefferson ISN'T on the Nets, he is on the Bucks. That is going to effect them too.
Good TD...
