Considering Roko Ukic isn't ready for the NBA, the Raptors should try and sign Chris Quinn.

Roko Ukic is oviously not ready to be a NBA point guard. He isn't a true NBA point guard, but really a partial replacement for Carlos Delfino. He's 6-5, and in this day in age, that is more of a SG. He isn't very quick so he will be destroyed by faster point guards. And it looks to me like he is a project, so it's clear to see that they need a true backup.

One person comes to mind, and that is Chris Quinn. He is the only reliable point guard left in free agency. He has improved from almost every catagory form the previous year, and he is only getting better. I am a big fan of his, and I loved his play in Miami last season.

This is the first year Jose Calderon is a starter, and he WILL play significant minutes, so they need someone to help him out. Roko Ukic and Will Solomon can't be those guys. A guy like Chris Quinn will sure come in handy.

Sign Quinn to a two-year contract, then after that, see if Ukic is ready to play.....

You can argue two things.....
1. Roko Ukic is ready to be a NBA PG.
2. The Toronto Raptors don't need to sign Chris Quinn.

i think he is good but why not sing andre owens or shaun liningston even von wafer or damon stoudamire are good chances.
