They are returning all their talent on both sides of the ball, except for donny edwards. The offense they will run, under new head coach Norv Turner, is the same offense he put in place there when he was the OC. Also, they added a good receiver in the draft.

This is completely wrong. San Diego lost about every coach imaginable. Of course, all of the credit goes to the players, they lost their head coach, offensive coordinator and defensive coordinator. Also, they brought in perpetual loser Norv Turner to coach them. They also had a terrible draft. The AFC West is one of the toughest divisions. Kansas City and Denver will compete for the playoff spot. I predict that Denver will win under Cutler and take the AFC West crown.

Your right they did lose about every coach on the staff. But, the offense will be virtually the same offense they ran last year. The defense will still be the 3-4 with rivera from the bears coming in as the linebackers coach. I do agree that Denver will compete for the wildcard spot, San Diego will still win this division.

San Diego had a bad draft. They did need a wide receiver, but they drafted Craig Davis!? He was the fourth best receiver left behind Gonzalez, Jarrett, and Smith. That was a reach. If a team can't draft, they won't win their division.

The chargers are known for drafting unheard of players. Steve Hiden, Ben Leber, etc. Both of them moved on to other teams were they have made an impact. They also have made many good moves in the draft with players from smaller, less honored D-I schools. LT, Merrimen, Rivers just to name a few. They will still have the most potent offense in the division and the defense will still rank in the top ten in the league.
