I'll keep my first argument short and to the point.
How can you say that you hate Tiger Woods? The guy has done it all in the world of golf. He grabbed the bull by the short ones and held on. He changed the way people have to approach the game. He is the probably the only reason golf is more popular today than it has been in a very long time.
Face it, nobody watched golf because it was boring. Then Tiger burst onto the scene like a rock star. He made it fun to watch the game again. His fist pumps after a great putt is just what the sport needed.
Come on, can't you show him just a little love? Just a little?

I hate how he sniffs after he makes a putt. I hate his red shirt on Sundays. I hate his caddy.
I hate clicking on PGA on Fox Sports and they have his picture up and say follow Tiger here..are they presuming we all follow Tiger..none of the other golfers have fans ?
I hate how golf announcers say things like, "Tiger's on the prowl" when he's fourteen shots back.
I hate how some no name is leading by 5 strokes on the final day of the tournament and folds like a deck of cards because Tiger gives him the stink eye while he's putting.
I hate that he can dress in all black in 130 degree heat and not break a sweat..wear some colors that won't soak up the heat dude..your not posing for a GQ spread.

Oh my bad. I didn't realize I was arguing with a Melissa Rivers wannabe.
How can hate someone who has done what they say couldn't be done? Check this out:
- he was the highest-paid professional athlete in 2008
- he has won fourteen professional major golf championships, the second highest of any male player, and 66 PGA Tour events, third all time
- He has more career major wins and career PGA Tour wins than any other active golfer
- He is the youngest player to achieve the career Grand Slam
- he and the youngest and fastest to win 50 tournaments on tour
- Woods has held the number one position in the world rankings for the most consecutive weeks and for the greatest total number of weeks
- He has been awarded PGA Player of the Year a record nine times
He's won The Masters 4 times, the US Open 3 times, The Open Championship 3 times and The PGA Champsionship 4 times.
What's not to love about that. Plus he has a smokin hot wife.
Come on, you don't secretly dream about loving him?

I hate his fist pumps and howls, like he thinks everyone there is rooting for him.
I hate the "Get in the hole!" dunderheads that follow him around the course.
I hate what he's done to golf, period, which was a casual and beautiful game before he turned it into Nascar on grass.
I hate that he seems to never even acknowledge his fans and even worse when he loses he doesn't compliment the winner..he tells everyone why HE lost.

I love that. What he's done for the game is turn it around. Golf was just a bunch of stuffy old white guys until he came around. I love the fact that he turned it into what it is now. Since his record-breaking win at the 1997 Masters Tournament, golf's increased popularity is attributed to Woods' presence. He is credited for generating interest in new audiences and for drawing the largest TV audiences in golf history.
You have to love someone who have that much of a positive influence on the game. Before Tiger came on the scene, golf would have dried up and became dust in the wind.
Look, I know what this is really about. It's not about you hating Tiger. It's not about you hating the media. I didn't want to have to say this, but I have to. It's better to get it out in the open so you can face it. It's gonna hurt at first, but it will be better in the long run.
You're an anti-golfite. There, I said. Now all of FN knows the truth.
The sooner you admit it, the sooner you can grab some balls and start hitting them with a stick.

It's like loving music but every time you turn on the radio, you hear the one song you can't stand over and over again.
I love it when he doesn't play a tournament..i can watch actual humans play golf, not some superhuman freak of nature..winning it time and time again..and I feel more human watching one without him.
And lastly i hate that sell a Dodge smile of his.

Callahan can hate whoever he wants to hate that's his opinion...I have to agree with him too. I don't watch golf but I do watch ESPN and even when someone is winning a golf tourney and whatever it is they call it...they still want to be on Tiger's **** and talk about him more than the person that is actually winning.

Who the hell is right to say who we can and can't hate in sports? Sometimes you hate a player specifically because he's great and doesn't play for your team (or in this case beats the golfer you like).
Still this throwdown challenge is asking why he hates Tiger and right has given plenty of reasons. Voting left is insane.
