" The NBA is better then NASCAR"

who wants to sit around and wathc the hardly exciting nascar series when u can be watching the very exciting NBA playoffs. the NBA season might be long but NASCAR lasts all year!!! thats too long and the NBA is so much more thrilling and enjoyable then watching cars driving around in circles for 4 hours


NASCAR is one of the most underrated sports in the nation. NBA has lost alot of its luster since MJ left. The NASCAR experience is also much more enjoyable than the NBA experience. The fans, even though they are rowdy, show more support than NBA fans. NASCAR fans stand up the whole race, while NBA fans only stand up when the game comes down to the wire.


who cares about what the fans do because the NBA is so much more exciting then NASCAR. i could never sit and watch cars drive aorund for 3-4 hours hoping a car crashes into like a ten car explosion. NBA games are shorter and they are not year round so it is really confusing. and it hasn't lost its luster since MJ left cause now it has LeBron. Kobe, Shaq, Iverson and Garnett


NASCAR races are not just about the crashes. NASCAR is all about startgey and making your car the best out there. When it gets down to the last 10 laps of the Daytona 500 and 4 cars are 0.5 seconds away from each other, there is almost no better 10 min. in sports. NBA games have just become as slow as NASCAR because the players are just jogging up and down the court getting some good plays and/or dunks during a quarter.


how is NASCAR about strategy? and NBA games are slow at first but those last two minutes are so much more exciting then the last ten minutes of NASCAR races. especially in the playoffs and does NASCAR even have playoffs? i wouldn't know cause its pretty much all year long


Try setting up a car to go 190 mph down a road with 3 cars next to you. One screw up and the life of the driver is in jeopardy. Half the time, in the last 2 min. of a NBA game, the other team is fouling the other team. Tell me how it's exciting to watch somebody shoot free throws.

NBA is a lot of criminals, mixed with some athletes, NASCAR takes endurance, not athletizizum, so you can't include tony stewert. Also NASCAR is the second most watched sport in the U.S. NBA is like 4th.

Us southern folk (i can't really include maryland in what im about to say) work to get to heaven, so besides the bar we have a life, out in the fields. Also, NASCAR is only a joke to people who don't like it, its the same with country music, everybody hates it until they hear the new country, not the twag.

How can you say the NBA is better. Maybe 10 years ago, it was. All it is now is a bunch of thugs. Don't get me wrong, I love the NBA, but it's severely depleted in quality since the day's of MJ.

NASCAR is the "good" boys that some times race dirty, but they would never do stuff NBA players do, like, get arested 15 times before 15 (caron butler) somee kinda child mulistation (kobe Bryant), and the list goes on.

You all may think NASCAR is boring, but go to a race and feel the passion from every single fan. People almost hinge their lives on the result of the race and how their favorite driver performs. NASCAR is life for areas of the country, go to North Carolina, and pick any town. Go to Kannapolis or Mooresville, and see how the people are with their passion for NASCAR. The NBA is one of the big three, but right now it doesnt have the appeal it had during the Celtics dynasty or the during the Bulls 6 championships in the 90s. NASCAR isn't big in the media, but its big to the portion of the nation that follows it. At believe me, that nation is massive. The "Silent Majority" if you will.
