JaMarcus Russell will be a bust.

JaMarcus Russell is on the worst team that the NFL has seen in a long time. They have no offensive line, their back is never consistent, their wide receivers are mediocre. JaMarcus will pile up bad stats. Also, Al Davis has no idea how to draft. He will ruin this franchise and Russell's career.


Sure, Russell will not be an All-Pro in his first season, but by no means will he be a bust. The Raiders do have a terrible offense, and are trying to build it up, starting with JaMarcus. Lamont Jordan, and Dominic Rhodes form a decent running game, while the Raiders hope to see their offensive line improve. What was Davis supposed to do? Draft Brady Quinn?


Al Davis has always made bad choices. Trading for Randy Moss. A first rounder and the starting ILB?? That was a terrible trade. Davis cannot run a franchise, and has gone crazy. Also, Rhodes is terrible. We were glad to see him leave. He was terrible! Also, the O-Line sucks and they never cover that problem. They should have gone with Calvin Johnson #1 and traded up to get Joe Staley.


His previous transactions do not ensure that Russell will be a bust. Russell his a huge guy, with a lot of arm strength. In his first couple seasons he will be able to throw the deep ball to Jerry Porter very effectively. Also, as the team improves, JaMarcus will as well. No way will he be a bust.


OK. Davis cannot bring in a coach. He has brought in scrubs like Callahan, Turner, and Shell.


We are talking about JaMarcus Russell not Al Davis, no way is he a bust. Simple as that. Check back in a few years when the Raiders are a playoff team starting with the man from LSU.
