Mike Lowell, JD Drew, and Johnny Damon are 3 of your starts...and A-Rod isnt a backup, nor is Jeter? Explain that. Also, I wouldnt put Pettite or Mussina because they have been somewhat inconsistant with the Yankees, as has Rivera although he has calmed down as of late, I went with Scott Downs because he plays in more games, has a better ERA, and holds the lead almost everytime he comes in.

I dont understand why you dont have the two best closers in the game for your relief. Also, Bedard.....why would you take him over Mussina or Pettite as a starter? Mike Lowell is having a career year at 3B and Drew is a great outfielder. Also, Whos better in center than Damon?....no one

Report Offensive CommentI would have Bedard as one of my starters because he is a strikeout pitcher, who infact is leading the league in K's, he mowes people down. Also, yes Mike Lowell is having a great year at 3B, but is it better than that of A-Rod....simply put....NO. Damon isnt even playing CF for the Yankees right now.
