Looking at how the NFL sold out the game in London, you can't help but agree that football will be a major sport in Europe, as long as there is exposure there they eat it up because its better than soccer. Look at how big basketball became in europe, even hockey. Soccer on the other hand has lots to compete with here.

Playa, pleaZZZZZE!

You completely overlook the biggest error in your thinking. SOccer is already a big sport here in the US of A. You feel me? Soccer has a professional league with players that are paid salaries to play a sport. Americans are building stadiums just to kick the ball around with like in LA.

In England there's some guy wearing a tank top in Hyde park throwing the football around with his dog.

Also, English people have badly deformed teeth, so they would not be able to properly wear a mouth guard to actually play football.

Soccer may not be big 4 in the USA, but its much bigger in the states than Football is in England, son.

SWAAAAACK!

****, NO ONE EVER watches soccer in America, and if they did they wouldnt openly admit it in public because soccer is socially ostracized in America because its unAmerican.

Where do we have a professional league and who is building soccer stadiums?

84000 watched football in England, there has never been that many here watching some soccer team.

WHAT, I SAID WHAT!!! Watchutalkinbout bconn?

I looked it up on WIkipedia. At the 1994 World Cup final, played at the Rose Bowl, in California, USA, there were 94, 194 people watching the game in the stadium. THAT is WAY more than 84,000 Americans that flew over to watch an NFL game in ENGLAND.

If you think those 84,000 for the PATS-BUCS game were all English, you my friend are more delusional than I thought.

Also, both of my sisters watch soccer, so that KILLS your no one watches argument.

You just proved that only young girls watch soccer. No man in the 30-65 category would ever watch soccer.

bconn your arguements are terrible and retarded. Many Americans watch the UEFA champions league and the premier league and FIFA. WHy? Because a large percentage of Americans come from Europe by immigration where soccer is there favourite sport. Also if the NFL has a future in Europe then why did the UFL fail?
