In your throwdown you have the Bengals missing the playoffs. Understandable they still don't get respect.

But the reason you give is that they have a hard second half. So you can take this either way.
First is the Bengals will make the playoffs.
Second is that they do not have a hard stretch run.

The Bengals get Baltimore this week at home. The Bengals are coming off a bye and just slaughtered the Bears.

They are currently ahead of the Ravens in terms of record.

The Bengals also have the easiest schedule down the stretch out of the AFC North when looking at the opponents winning %.

The Bengals play:
vs Baltimore
at Pitt
at Oakland
vs Cleavland
vs Detroit
at Minnesota
at San Diego
vs Kansas City
at New York Jets

Realistically I only see Cincinnati losing at most 4 games. More likely around 2-3 though. I don't see Baltimore beating them at home giving the Bengals the season sweep and the tie breaker if needed. The other two games that scare me are Minnesota and Pittsburgh. The Bengals have already beaten Pitt. Minnesota comes from the NFC and the Bengals have had GREAT success against the NFC in years past.

More to come. Take either one or both.

Okay,

I love the Bengals... Ocho Cinco, PALMER ve seen them run hot and cold but I see Rex Ryans crew taking down Carson 3 picks.

4-5 2nd half???

I'm sorry I thought the Bengals had 5 WINS and 2 losses. Not 3 wins 2 losses and 2 escapes. I didn't know escapes were counted as a stat in records.

I guess your learn something new every day.

But to say the escaped against the Ravens is **** stupid. Cedric Benson had over 100 yards rushing for the first time in 40 games. They wore them down on offense and the defense stepped up and held down Flacco and co. The Bengals beat the Ravens they didn't escape. You want to bring up the penalties? Well they were legit calls. The play was wayyyyyyy over when Lewis hit him. His own damn fault.

The Bengals beat the Ravens on the road and they will do so again coming off of the bye. The Ravens offense doesn't at all scare Cincy and the Bengals offense is coming off playing their best football of the year. Same could possibly be said for the defense.

For space concerns i'll give you Vikings and Pitt for now.

But the Jets feature a rookie QB who is prone to turn the ball over. The Bengals will take complete advantage of that.

The Chargers lack a running game and Carson will pick them apart when he has the ball.

At worst 6-3 second half.

Out of room.

Okay I've put out all I had to say and I am a little busy BUT I hope that Cincy does make the playoffs but if they do lose to the Ravens this weekend I'd like you to apologize for being a Homer.

ha..

This isn't about me being a homer.

It's about you being a idiot.

The Ravens play Pittsburgh twice, the Colts, the Packers, and the Bears. Five games that can go either way.

Not real good for a team trailing already in the division.

The Bengals have the Ravens at home. True this game can go either way but the Bengals are looking real good and are coming off a bye week and will be healthy.

The Ravens second half schedule is very very hard compared to Cincy's. It's like you didn't even look at the schedules before you made that idiotic statement. And if you did you sure don't know a lot about football.

As you should be.

I think they just keep getting better as the season goes on.

To start Carson is still getting it together.
Their offensive line has been playing terrific and gets the best OL in college from last year this week. He wont start but he will contribute.
Their defense is still coming together. Some injuries here and there and some new additions they are still learning to play together or something like that.
etc.

Can't wait for that Vikings game though Rude. I think the Bengals will contain AP enough to make Brett try to win the game for them and last time Brett had to throw vs Cincy he threw 5 picks.

I'm anxious. I don't know if Favre will resort to his gunslinging tactics this year because he's seen that he can be conservative and win. If the Vikings had started 2-3 or 3-2, I think he starts taking risks. They didn't, and I don't think he will.

I hope he accepts. I've been wanting to do a Bengals throwdown for quite some time.

That is a rough stretch for the Bengals. Balt, Pitt, and Minn are the biggest obstacles, perhaps SD. It's good to see the Bengals finally playing well, their fans have suffered long enough.

it erased my argument??

Okay,

I love the Bengals... Ocho Cinco, PALMER <- How did everyone forget how dope this dude is??? Benson playing like he should have been for the past 4 years... And they got a front 7 that can hang with the best of them...

BUT

in case you haven't notices the Ravens are playing like the Ravens again... I and I know that they came through against them last time, but let's face it... they escaped... and I don't trust them to do it again...

@ Pitt... another escape... another one that WILL NOT happen again... Pitt is hungry and only losing game by the smallest of margins. They haven't been down by more than 4 points all season

Oak Cle Det: Who wouldn't smoke em? (The Bucs... cough*)

@ Vikings.. Ocho told Bryant McKinnie on twitter if the Vikings win he'll change his name back to Johnson... he should call Reebok NOW...

@ San Diego... THIS COULD go either way.. but Chargers at home have been playing well lately... LT even is getting in the endzone now... I see Rivers directing a safe gameplan to get past Cincy...

Chiefs nuf said

@ Jets... Jets play monster D and I've seen them run hot and cold but I see Rex Ryans crew taking down Carson 3 picks.

4-5 2nd half???
