1. Kobe
2. Tim Duncan
3. Chris Paul
4. Melo
5. Dirk
6. Deron Williams
7. Durant
8. Roy
9. Chauncey
10. Tony Parker
11. Nash
12. Manu
13. Jefferson
14. Pau
15. Amare
Added Manu and took out K-Mart. Lots of changes, so gonna talk about some here.
Tim Duncan is still the most complete big man in the game. He can get you 20 and 10 easily night in and night out. He is one of the best big men of all-time and still has a couple years in the tank.
Melo, like he proclaimed when he posterized Millsap, is back. He disappeared off radars last year but that dunk solidified his place among the West elite
Dirk is going to have a strong year too this year. The last few years have been disappointing for them, so I think he has a big season to shut fans up.
Deron Williams is another great PG. He stepped up huge for the Jazz last year in the playoffs and will continue this year
Durant and Roy are a virtual tie. Durant is a complete forward and Roy is a big time SG. They are essentially interchangeable in the 7 and 8 spot

Kobe is the clear cut choice at number one. Best closer in the game. Most polished player on both sides of the ball in the ENTIRE league.
Melo is my choice here at 2. Guy is an absolute beast on the offensive side of the ball. Cant be defended one on one, still finds ways to beat you double teamed. One of a handful of players who can score 40+ and still have it be considered a quiet night. With the addition of Billups last year, hes growing on the defensive side of the ball too. Early front runner for MVP.
Chris Paul is 3. Purest point guard in the league. Great passer, scorer, leader, and stellar defense.
Deron Williams at 4. I feel him and Chris Paul are pretty much interchangable at 3 and 4 but I give the slight lead to Paul because hes a better defender. But both are superstars and olympic champions.
Dirk at 5 for both of us. Even despite having personal problems, dude still put up 35+ in the playoffs and is a complete offensive monster. One of the best back to the basket players in the league. Cant be guarded one on one.
Duncan at 6. Arguably the greatest PF of all time but age is catching up to him. Still a top 10 guy but not top 5.
More to Come. enjoy:)

Melo is a solid pick, but there is no way he has eclipsed TD in the west. TD is still the most complete power forward in the league. Just the other night, he finished with a quiet 18 and 13. That's a normal night for him. Melo is much more streaky, or has been in the past. An example from last year, he is shooting cold in the first half, comes out and scores some 30 odd points in the 3rd.
And no way Deron and Paul are interchangeable. Paul is a threat for a triple double a night and has flirted with a quadruple double. Williams is a solid 20 and 10 guy, but he's not on Paul's level.
You say TD has his age catching up with him, but then you put Steve Nash right behind him. Not making sense. TD is still on a whole different level than Nash. Sure, Nash is a solid shooter and great passer, but people don't consider him one of the greatest PGs of all time and he's loosing ground as one of the elite PGs in the game today.
Brandon Roy has about another year or 2 before he makes it to that top 10 player status. Again, he's too streaky of a shooter, but he's improving each and every night.

For people who are sleeping on Steve Nash watch out. the guy has not lost a step. If you think so, watch a Pheonix Suns game or, for that matter, watch sportscenters top 10 and youll see a bunch of Steve Nash. Guy is still elite.
Brandon Roy is top 10. He was an all-star last year. Has potential to be a triple double threat to go along with his double double ability. PLays solid D. He has the slight edge over Durant because hes more polished. To think, these two could have played together with Aldridge?
MArtin is a top 10 guy. Scores at will. MAkes the Kings semi-watchable. Not many players can do that lol.
Al Jefferson is a dominating center. Great rebounder and scorer. Awesome defense as well.
Manu is very streaky himsef. Good defense but injured way too frequently. He dont make this list in my book.
Tony rounds out my list. The guy s a great point guard but Pau Gasol is higher than him with his shooting stroke and good D. And Amare is a physical freak. Put him in a happy situation and he would be absolutely dominating.
And my last was focused alot on the players worth to their team and attributes combined. It wasnt easy and could go either way. Fun TD.

True, for now. Talk to me in March when we're 2/3 of the way through the season and players like Kobe, Melo, and even TD are still going strong and Nash is looking his age.
He has the slight edge over Durant because hes more polished.
Durant - 22.2 points, 5.3 reb, 2.5 assist
Roy - 19.9 points, 4 reboungs, 6 assists
So looks like the two are about as polished and it's only Durants 3rd year.
MArtin is a top 10 guy. Scores at will.
He can score at will, but he can't stay healthy apparently.
Good defense but injured way too frequently.
Only twice in his career has he played under 74 games. That's not a injury-prone player
The guy s a great point guard but Pau Gasol is higher than him with his shooting stroke and good D
Parker won a Finals MVP. How much better could one man be?
Good TD.
