I think it is going to big time and i feel bad, we all make mistakes and he had a very good shot. any answers?

The voting is already completed.

It has been for a few weeks now.

So the answer is NO. It can't hurt his chance because the writers have already voted.

Forfeited Turn

Wow, hard to argue that point....but I'll try.

the other teams do as well, just their owners only want to pay for 21 jiggawatts instead, they let the other 100 jiggawatts go for nothing

How would they fit all the voters into the backseat of the DeLorean anyway?

Even if the voting wasn't until after the incident. It's **** pot!! No one cares, and its not even a felony charge.

I think a lot of people in this society understand that just as you can unwind with a couple scotches, say, you can way overindulge and f*** everything up. Back in the day, we used the term "weekend heads". There were plenty of people who worked hard, managed households, discharged their responsibilities, didn't prey on others, etc. but enjoyed toking up and other activities when they had some unstructured personal time. It was understood that just as some folks have a drink or two without wigging out, so some got off but kept it in perspective. Dick Nixon declaring a "War on Drugs" (a domestic war on the citizenry) sure didn't help matters. Lincecum's Cy Young chances should rest solely on the season he just put up. And I promise I would not make the same observations if Lincecum had been, say, driving erratically, loaded as heck and endangering others. But there's no indication he did that at all.
