There is no chance that the Saints can make the Super Bowl.

The new orleans saints are headed for the playoffs yes, but lets talk about their chances.
They are undefeated, but that streak is likely to end very soon.
They dont have a chance at making the Super Bowl whatsoever, they just arent a good enough team. Im confident they wont make it.

Really? Because I thought they might..
- Drew Brees is playing amazing football, he is throwing with a 107.6passer rtg. Their depth with backs and receivers on offense is unreal. They have Reggie Bush, Pierre Thomas and Mike Bell to run the ball, Reggie Bush being an amazing catcher in the flat, they have a diverse backfield. They have Colston, Moore, Shockey, and Henderson even in their receiving core, Brees can throw it anywhere and not have to worry.
- Darren Sharper has ignited this defense, and leads the league with 7 INT's already. This is exactly what this team needed is an experienced defender like Sharper.
- They are still undefeated and have beaten excellent teams like the Giants, Eagles, Jets, Dolphins, and Falcons. If anyone they have the best track record so far this season to make it to the Super Bowl, Thank you very much.

Have you ever taken reality into consideration? The Saints don't have a defense, sure Darren Sharper, but fun thats only one player.
Man I gotta show all you people the real meaning of football, I think that the Saints can't make it past the Vikes or the other NFC Champs.
Ill tell you what though, the Saints will not go undefeated, and when they ask you, you can tell em you heard it from me.

Fact of the matter is, the Saints do have a defense, you don't go undefeated halfway through a season and not have a defense.
- The Vikings? What do the Vikings have that the Saints don't, really. The Saints offense is more high-powered than the Vikings anyday.
- Good for you, you think they wont go undefeated, maybe they will, maybe they won't, but they sure as hell have a chance at making the Super Bowl.

Wow... left... the redskins still have a chance to make the super bowl... lets not get carried away. (extremly unlikely just useing them to make a point) The Saints a bad team? Please explian why they score so many points a game?

The remaining schedule for the Saints is also relatively weak. I don't necessarily see them losing soon, although I doubt they'll go undefeated.

I know it's not in the challenge, but who else from the NFC would top the Saints? Maybe the Vikings if Adrian Peterson is healthy enough to keep Farve's gun slinging, Big game loosing Attitude in check. Other than The Vikings, you got the Falcons, Cardinals, Eagles and the Cowboys looking like Playoff teams. SAINTS V PATRIOTS IN THE SB!! I think it will be a 44 - 44 tie with a Field goal in OT to make the Pats CHAMPS!

If the Arizona Cardinals, Carolina Panthers and the Seattle Seahawks can make the Super Bowl in the last 5 years and normally down and out franchise like the New Orleans Saints can make the Super Bowl.

Ok New Orleans has the ranked 15 Defense in the NFL it means it is solid not great.
The offense is of course ranked #1.
I do not think they will go undefeated because they have two hard games to face. Atlanta in Atlanta for revenge and NO are hosting the Patriots.
But the rest of the schedule is tissue.
They have defeated every team even the hard teams blowing them out. The team is playing amazing their special teams wow.
The only threat are the Vikings in the playoffs and I don't trust Farve is games that matter.

their best chance if they have one is to take that crew of referees that did monday night 's game w/ them wherever they go.
they have destroyed a fleet of young and rookie qbs .... I think the real proof of their quality comes the next 4 or 5 weeks not the last 8 weeks.

This is something like my 43rd season in a row rooting for the Vikings. They're a talent-laden team, but the Saints might well beat them, especially if it's in N.O. I think the Giants are overrated, and the Eagles underrated. I think the Saints, well this may be their year. That great comeback they staged against the Dolphins sure didn't hurt any. I'm just trying to be objective. Even if you don't like Minne, I know a lot of people reading this can relate--just one World Title, please God. But even saying the NFC Title Game will come down to N.O. vs. Minn., you can't even be too assured of that, let alone that the Saints absolutely won;t make it.

My New Orleans Saints are as good if not better than any team in the league right now. The defense is growing each week and that's great. I think the offense is reserved right now and doing just enough to keep ahead of the opposition. I truly believe once the playoffs start ( if we make it) the offense will not be as reserved as they are today How long did it take you to come up with a comment like that?
