The 2nd best point guard in the nba is ________?

In my opinion the second best pg in the NBA today is Jason kidd, deron williams is a third or fourth option at best.Kidd is one of the best point guards ever to play this game and although he has lost a step he is still an elite point guard. Kidd is extremley unselfish as his career 10 thousand plus career assists show. another example of unself play is that kidd has never averaged more than 18.7 points per game in his career. Kidd has 10, 242 assists and 15,355 points. tose totals are fairly close to each other. Kidd has never sought out for stardom or wanted to be a big money show off and is modest. In Williams first 4 seasons he racked up 2,735 asists while scoring 5,028 points. Kidds first 4 seasons he had 1,886 although he could have had a lot more considering in his 4th season he only played in 33 games, he scored 2,869. So as the numbers show Kidd passes the ball more often and gets his teamtes involved more. a true point guard is a pass first shoot second guy. Thats exactly what Jason kidd brings. People who play with him are priveledged to play with a classy, polite guy, who is one of the best point guards ever.

Kidd would be best the best over the last 10 years probably. Although that might be a stretch. Not even close today though. His shot selection and FG % has always been pretty bad.

heh. Rondo IMO.
The kid got speed, improved well his Shot selection and FG % and is the kid that was groomed to play with the big trio and still call the shots.
Take CP out, and I see the best one right now being Rondo.

Kidd is a great guy. I agree with all left wrote, but he is NOT #2 now.
