The giants will win the NFC east next year

The Giants are the best team in the NFC east right now because we just drafted a standout wide reciever steve Smith out of USC. Also we drafted a great conerback in the draft year too. The cowboys and the eagles had a horrible draft this year. Also Mathias Kiwanuka had a good year last year and now he is being moved to Linebacker which is going to be great for the Giants.


Yeah, uh, NO. They will win the NFC East. First, they have a guy named Guy Whimper slated as the starting LT. Why the h*ll would you want a guy named Whimper protecting your blindside? Also, Coughlin is under fire from his veterans (Shockey, Burress, formerly Tiki). Burress and Shockey didn't even want to stay in NY to work with Eli instead they went to Miami to workout. Eli doesn't have the same leadership skills as his older brother Peyton. Once he starts doing badly, he loses all his confidence; and don???t forget that Burress didn???t even try to help his QB out half the time after he???d thrown an INT or if he was under intense pressure. Let me get back to the O-Line. Their line has no continuity or experience (again Guy Whimper). They also will have a weak running game with Reuben Droughns and Brandon Jacobs. You have two big backs, which in a two back system makes sense, but why have two of the same type of back. You need the big guy to tire ???em out and the quick guy to outrun them once they???re tired and have been hammered by the big back. I just don't think that they will be better than last year. They'll get to the playoffs, but barely again, if that.


First of all Eli has led us to tons of comebacks. He may not have a good o-line but he has a great wr core like Plaxico, Shockey, toomer. Eli can also throw pretty well off his back foot whickhQB need in this league. We also got a running back in the draft who is simlar to Tiki.


Similar to Tiki doesn't help, you need Tiki. Also, Toomer is going to be coming off of a serious injury (I think he tore his ACL) and at his age coming back from that kind of an injury is tough...very tough. Also, name three instances Eli led them back and I mean he led them back. Like down by two or three touchdowns and they won. I already know of at least one. Throwing off his back foot got him quite a few interceptions last year; and without an O-line, what do you have? Look at the Raiders.


The giants are not even colse to the raiders because we have a decent QB and a great Wr and decent RBs we also have Pierce too. WE also have a easy schedule this year last year we had the hardest schedule in the Nfl and still made the Playoffs so this year shold be a walk on the beach. Also when Eli threw off his back foot he made some nice passes. Tiki Barber was one of the best running backs ever and he helped us alot but that does not mean we can not find another tiki. Maybe Jacobs orDroughns


You keep talking about Tiki...he's gone. Throwing off your back foot IS BAD as in don't do it, it results in interceptions, getting your WR knocked out, or a knock down. When I compared them to the Raiders I meant the O-line. They have no LT (which is Eli's blindside) which means he'll get nailed play after play resulting in fumbles, hurried throws, possible interceptions, and, of course, sacks. Also, what WR are you talking about? Plaxico Burress and Sinorice Moss? Plax quits on plays and Moss can???t stay healthy. Shockey is a loud mouth and Toomer isn???t going to be the same. The only thing wrong with their defense is the weakness at LB and the secondary. Jacobs and Droughns are no good, well Jacobs is good in goal line situations, but Droughns is just too fragile for his type of running style. He might be a good FB, but neither back will be good enough to succeed in NY. Coughlin needs to be fired for this team to go anywhere.

I thought throwing of your back foot was a bad thing...I don't see the giants winning the division...they lost there main weapon TIKI BARBER. He was the reason why the receivers had good games...the safeties always had to watch him and help the D with run support...Eli has been adequate...but you need better than that to win it all in the NFL...I foresee another year of the players turning on the coaching staff and no titles...

Tiki Barber was the classiest player in the NFL and made everyone around him so much better. Defenses had to respect him in the running AND passing game making Eli look better than he is

Sorry Big Ben, but the Skins don't have a chance this year. They still don't have anyone to rush the passer and will resemble an open sieve against the run. Here's my order: Philly, Dallas, Giants, then the Skins. Although, the last two could be interchangeable.

Hind sight is 20/20, but how wrong was this **** bag about the Giants O line and basically everything negative he said about the GMEN. Oh, and saintsgurl2...if the Giants suck, what do you have to say about the dissapointment that the Aint's have become? Haha...GMEN baby...NFC East champs!!!
