Offense:
Maroney is an electric RB but he's too much of a dancer for me to say he's better than R. Brown... Brown hits the hole hard and is a powerful runner.

Chambers went to the Pro Bowl with less than 700 yds and 4 TDs? I'm sorry but you are sadly mistaken... If you said Evans than maybe you'd be right but Coles > Chambers....

D'Brick bulked up and is looking great in camp. While Kendall is still a Jet he's the best guard in the AFC East. Mangold completely owned whoever he faced this yr

Laurence Maroney only had 300 less yards and he sat behind dillion all year last year. When he himself will carry almost all the balls. Hell be unstopabble.

CHAmbers! U think hes bad???? HEs the best reciver in that division. Lee Evan is close though. He had one bad year so wat. The year before he had over 1000 yards reciving. and 11 td's.

D Brick is not that good. Ur just a jets fan remember. U got to look at the whole league. HE isnt the best in the division are u kidding me?

Vince Wilfork is the best DT in the entire division. he consistently draw double teams while still getting multiple tackles a game.Bruschi has been over the hill since the last superbowl. Vilma is a much better player than him. Justin Miller is a much stronger Kick Returner than Welker (miller went to the probowl) maroney has never played an entire season. i never said chambers is bad but did you see coles last year. turns a 2 yrd pass inta 40 yd TD. also look at vids of Brick in camp. he is blowin away any1 he faces

Welker was great in Miami though. Justin millar is not that great. Lee evans is better then coles anyways? Come on for what bruschi has done since his stroke is amazing. He is still one of the top in the east. Maroney has never played a full season and was only 300 yards short of brown???????? that helps my argument because he will play a full season this year.

I know i'm a Jets fan so i may have been somewhat biased, but in my opinion those are the best players in each of their positions in the AFC EAST

August 5, 2007  11:15 AM ET

Lee Evans, Jason Peters, Terrance McGee (at CB or KR), and maybe Aaron Schobel should be in there.

August 5, 2007  11:44 AM ET

im not big on lee evans. hes not as good as the guys up there. I was considering Terrance McGee. and it was close but wes welker is better

August 5, 2007  11:47 AM ET

Tedy Bruschi shouldn't be in that list, he's not very good anymore. He was absolutely abused in every way against the Colts and he's only getting older. How are Rodney Harrison and Renaldo Hill above Kerry Rhodes? Harrison is good, but not as good as he used to be and Rhodes is currently better than Harrison and Hill shouldn't even be mentioned. Where is Ty Warren? He should've been a Pro Bowler last year and he's the 2nd most underrated player in the NFL(behind Kamerion Wimbley).

August 5, 2007  11:57 AM ET

i'll argue defense and special teams next arguement...

August 5, 2007  12:00 PM ET

Yeah I don't know why i left Rhodes off the list... I originally had him down but put Harrison instead...

August 5, 2007  12:02 PM ET

this is going to be good

August 5, 2007  12:22 PM ET

he was my num 3 maybe 4 after Mankins... but Moore and Kendall are def the best 2 guards...

August 5, 2007  12:27 PM ET

As of now, I'd say Dan Koppen is a little better than Mangold, but that could change this year.

August 5, 2007  12:30 PM ET

i think i made 1 or 2 mistakes... left rhodes off the list and maybe d'brick although his camp so far has been impressive

August 5, 2007  12:32 PM ET

Both teams suck.

August 5, 2007  12:32 PM ET

its not about stats its about who you think is more talented... and i'm not trying to say bruschi isn't good or what he did after the stroke wasn't amazing but right now vilma is better than him

August 5, 2007  12:33 PM ET

funny

August 5, 2007  12:42 PM ET

Maroney has better talent then Brown

August 5, 2007  01:12 PM ET

both of these lists are horrible!!!!!!!!!!NO evans, mcgee, schobel, peters, parrish as a punt returner, dockery, and please get off moss he hasnt done anything as of late!!!!!!!!!!

August 5, 2007  01:27 PM ET

moss hasnt had anyone to catch from latly either hes good though

August 5, 2007  01:45 PM ET

yeah all those players are good... but there are guys better than them so they were left off... and um u just named all bills players who were left off... maybe it means the bills suck?

August 5, 2007  01:46 PM ET

Randy Moss shouldnt be any any all-anything lists yet. He hasnt proven over the last couple years that he is the same player who tore up the league in Minnesota. Just because he has Brady now doesnt mean he will all of the sudden stop dropping passes and get as fast again as he was as a Viking. Bruschi is no longer an all-division player. Vilma has passed him. Vote to RedWings.
