Its funny i won an arguement today 16-3 saying the pats had the most OVER RATED wr's in the NFL. I have three teams in my head colts rams and cards but ill go with the colts
marvin harrison
reggie wayne
anthony gonzolez ( a kid with a lot of hype)
also joseph addai and dallas clark are like WR's addai did extremly well catching out of the backfield last year.
demecoryans1 said 08/25, 07:14 PM
good pick they were my second then the lions
first of all we dont know if anthony gonzales is a good pro reciever he did good enough in college as a number 2 reciever to be picked in the first round
but we are not going off of college and he currently has no nfl stats so we have no idea how hewill do against bigger and faster nfl DBs
the pats also have two good RBs to catch out of the backfield with laurence moroney and kevin faulk and with pro bowl talent at all four recievers with MR. tom brady himself at QB these guys could wreak havok
EFB.. JL mr. 5555 said 08/26, 10:26 AM
joseph addai is a better receiver than moronney faulk may have the edge, but addai is a great WR. The colts have marvin harrison first ballot hall of famer, and reggie wayne who it is too early to say, but in 6 years he has posted 390 grabs 5474 yards and 37 TD's, so if he keeps his pace he could be a hall of famer. Plus imagine what wayne will do when marvin retires. He would be peytons new favorite WR and then he would be even better, and most likely will give him the edge for hall of fame. So the colts have 2 HOF WR's and the pats have 1, randy moss. And you can not say that moss is better than harrison there is no comparison. Wayne isnt better than moss, yet, but his golden days are yet to come.
demecoryans1 said 08/26, 01:57 PM
pats also have troy brown which brings it to 5 good WRs
colts have 2 great Wrs a rookie and a sucky white white guy
and addai and clark dont really count because they are not WRs
the pats have more depth at reciever with a speedy guys with randy moss and donte stallworth who streth the whole field out reche caldwell who is decent all around and pretty good at jump cathes aalong with randy moss
wes welker is the perfect slot guy who can also return kicks and troy brown your vetran who can play as well
EFB.. JL mr. 5555 said 08/26, 02:07 PM
welker and brown arent good they are bad. caldwell is alright and stallworth and moss are good. Harrison is amazing and wayne is great.
i do not see how no name guys welker and brown who have nbever done any thing right in the nfl you say are good. they are terrible welker might not even make the cut,

Yeah, cuz there are SO many great wide receivers with one career touchdown. Sits him behind teammates Mike Vrabel and Tom Brady on the team's all time list.

Report Offensive CommentThe Colts definitely have the best receiving corps. Marvin Harrison is the best wide receiver in football, Reggie Wayne is a top 7 receiver. Harrison is better than Moss and Wayne is much better than Stallworth.

Come on, if you are arguing the Patriots, then name them all so you can say they also have the most depth.
