i think it will probably be alabama vs. ohio state ,with alabama winning 20-16.and once again we will have to hear boise state cry about not getting their chance to play for the national championship.[hey boise state-boo hoo]

OSU..
they have a tough schedule remaining.. i don't know if they can go unbeaten..
@ Wisconsin
Michigan..
and Indiana showed they can play today against Michigan..
I think OSU will at tops have a loss but i see Pryor having one bad game and losing a close one..
Oklahoma..
has beaten two ranked opponents already.. TExas n Fsu.. well, they might not be ranked now but you know..
OKlahoma beat the english muffin off 4-1 Florida St.. 47-17..
I see Oklahoma breezing through the remainder of their schedule.. With the loss to Florida .. Oklahoma will gain a spot on their 8th spot now..
Oklahoma St. and Texas A& M really are the only teams i see that could pull any kind of upset..
Watchout for Oklahoma.. Sam Bradford's in the nfl .. but their still DOING IT..
OSU vs Alabama zzzzzzzzzzzzz HOMER

Boise doesn't deserve a national championship shot until they play in a real conference. Ohio State in the Big Ten and Alabama in the insane SEC. those are real divisions, tough games every week.

I like the Oklahoma pick. Alabama is pretty much a lock. OSU had a weak schedule so far, but their schedule is going to toughen up, I doubt that they will remain unbeaten.

Boise can earn a spot....they will just have to schedule tougher out of conference games.
They at least tried two this year: Oregon State and V-Tech
too bad vtech turned out to be a 2nd tier team this year
Boise beat OU years ago and has been riding that game since.
but just bc they beat OU years back doesnt mean Boise would be able to hang with Bama
Can you imagine Boise's QB facing Bama's defense?
Can you imagine those Idaho farmboys trying to tackle Ingram and Richardson?

Alabama v. Oregon
Even if Ohio State runs the table, voters showed that they are willing to jump Oregon over 1 team (Boise State) that beat them only 1 season ago. While the AP poll doesn't factor into the BCS equation, I expect that the Coaches and Harris polls will soon follow suit. With the Pac-10 and Big 10 looking very strong, the computers will have them side by side.
Stanford is a good team. Very good in fact. So good that I picked them to drop the Ducks. Down 21-3, it appeared that Oregon's soft out-of-conference schedule hadn't prepared them for physical Pac-10 play. Wow! Just wow. They looked very, very good.
Alabama is Alabama. As long as Nick Saban is recruiting and coaching, they will remain a top 10 caliber team season after season. They were VERY impressive against a Florida offense that many though had found their groove against Kentucky.
It's too early to pick who would win the Alabama-Oregon matchup, but I would expect a GREAT game.

As a Sooner fan, let me pick on Peach's Oklahoma prediction a little. The Sooners have not looked good. Period. No respectable top 25 team should ever NEED an interception to avoid a potential loss to Utah State. Sure, they looked good against Florida State, but then seemed to fall apart against Air Force and Cincinnati. Yesterday, Texas gift-wrapped the game for them. How many 4th downs did Oklahoma get bailed out of due to stupid Texas penalties on 3rd and long? How about the muffed punt at the end? Texas is not good. Oklahoma should have won by 3 touchdowns.
Oklahoma will get to 6-0 before heading to Missouri on October 23rd. The Tigers will be the team that will put an end to the Sooners hopes of making a run at the title.

While Smart Alec's college football knowledge is obviously very limited and his comments show it, I will say that the Big Ten and Pac-10 are both comparable to the SEC as far as conference-wide strength goes. However, I do believe that the SEC contains the best team in the nation, and that gives them the edge.

When you consider the national champion has come from their conference each of the past four seasons, and if form holds this year, there will be very few current players in the country that has seen a Champion from a non-sec school.

What's more impressive than the SEC 4 peat is that 3 different teams have won it during that span.

It is very impressive. It'll be interesting to see what non SEC team finally ends the reign.

They are 5 - 0, and have yet to play their best football. They have already beaten 2 ranked teams in Air Force and Florida State (who they destroyed. Texas may not be its usual self, but in a rivalry that intense on such a big stage any win to me is impressive. Offensively they have the talent of any team in the nation, and their defense will improve with more experience. I see an OU v Bama National Championship

this year the SEC is Alabama and a bunch of also rans. Florida showed its true colors yesterday. LSU barely beats a weak Tenn. team. South Carolina, Auburn, ...hah.
Take out Alabama and the Pac 10 (Oregon, AZ, Stanford, USC, UCLA, Oregon State) is the better conf.
Boise State IS better than any team besides Alabama, and even Alabama would be hard pressed to contain Boise State's spread.
That, you goobers is called football knowledge, but you wouldn't recognize football knowledge if it came from your own hounddog and bit you.

Oregon is the only team you listed that could beat any of the SEC teams you listed.

Boise beat Oregon in each of the past two season. Given the opportunity, they would likely do so again.
