Arn Anderson is better.
He won the NWA National Tag Team Championship 1 time
Won the NWA/WCW World Tag Team Championship 5 different times
Won the NWA/WCW World Television Championship 6 times
Windham won the NWA/WCW World Tag Team Championship only 3 times and won the NWA/WCW World Televeision Championship only 1 time
So far, Arn Anderson has won more championships worldwide than Windham.
PWI (Pro Wrestling Illustrated) listed Anderson as the 8th of 500 best wrestlers while Windham was ranked 35th of 500 best wrestlers.
Anderson won the PWI Feud of the Year in 1987 with the Four Horsemen vs Super Powers and Road Warriors
Anderson won the PWI Tag Team of the Year in 1989 and 1991.
Anderson won the PWI Stanley Weston Award.
Anderson won the WWF Tag Team Championship 1 time, and won the NWA Southeastern Tag Team Championship 4 times.
Anderson is better than Windham.

I remember Barry Windham vs Luger for the HW strap ... on a GREAT AMERICAN BASH (WCW) ppv.. Windham won the belt from the Great Muta at Superbrawl!

Arn Anderson is a better fighter. Just look at how many times he has repeated winning Championships.
I think that giving Anderson a position of 8 out of 500 and giving Windham a 35 out of 500 rank means that Anderson is the better wrestler.
I think a 2-time winner of Tag Team of the Year is a better feat than having only 1 Match of the Year Award. Tag Team of the Year means that those fighters were able to fight the best out of anyone as a team for the entire YEAR, in however many matches they had in those years. The Match of the Year means that they only had to have the best match that year which isn't as impressive as being the best tag team for an entire YEAR - especially if you do that two times!
Windham dominated Florida while Anderson dominated the world and United States -- Anderson is the better fighter.

If single's ranks count for a lot, then my guy (Anderson) would be much better as he's ranked 8th out of 500 wrestlers while your guy (Windham) is ranked 35th out of 500 wrestlers.
Anderson is able to win Tag Team of the Year two times while Windham has not won a Tag Team of the Year award at all.
Anderson won NWA/WCW Championships 16 times total - if you combine them all up. That's not even CLOSE to what Windham has won.
Anderson is the better wrestler, and from what everything Anderson has accomplished in his career, it shows.

Dick Murdoch used the Brain Buster not the Gorde Buster. Brain Buster was more of a suplex but instead of falling backwards he kind of just dropped straight down with them.
